This is the second time I received a dry salad with practically no dressing. They gave me 3 dressing cups, none on them more than 1/5th full. At that point they could have just used one cup and save me the hassle.
This place gave me food poisoning. Had to take 3 days off work. Called the store and explained, they hung-up the phone. Classy! I'll never eat at any of these stores again!
Not terrible… but the lobby is filthy. Every single table is dirty despite there being no one in it.
Good food and great service. Me and the wife enjoyed ourselves there. We'll most definitely be back.
They messed up my order then when 8 called said they would remake it got there and everyone was unaware of the remake. Finally got it made a the food was ok...
I have strong customer loyalty to Noodles & Company. But this location specifically needs to get their hours of operation together. Over the last 6 months I’ve been super excited to grab dinner from this location but the place is not open during business hours. There’s a printed paper explaining limited hours and temporary closures. In addition to that the staff never seems to want to work. Don’t get me wrong I’m not expecting a 5 stars restaurant experience. But at minimum to be greeted when I walk in the door and to not be ignored when I am waiting to spend my money for food would be a minimum expectation. At this location I am not a satisfied customer. And this will effect my customer loyalty because it’s the closest location to my house.
I like Noodles an Company very much, but twice now that we ordered from Leetsdale Drive location here in Denver, the food was not right. Tonight we ordered Grilled Orange Chicken Lo Main and Spicy Korean Beef Noodles, half of ingredients listed were nowhere to be found in our food. It called for napa and red cabbage, cucumber, spinach and green onion in those dishes, but none were to be found in it. It was just noodles and little bit of meat. Needles to say we will NOT be ordering from this location any more.
I ordered at exactly 7pm. My app told me it was ready at 7:10p. My husband went to pick it up and waited another 25 minutes. Someone had started my salad and then left it sit…no one finished it. I am pregnant and cannot be worried about this type of thing. They remade it under the close eye of my husband. There was no apology. They said “there was a lot of commotion in the kitchen and it got deprioritized.” It was not even busy in the restaurant. This location is poorly run and we will never be back. ***there was also literally a teaspoon of dressing in the container. A dribble for my salad which I threw away and didn’t trust to eat. A waste of $10+. We may never even go back to a Noodles after this. I did eat my pan noodles which I pray I don’t get sick from!
Tasty! Awesome that they have new, healthier options but the veggie noodles are weird. They're too watery. The new additions are very good though. If only their side portions were worth the money they want for them. This location seems to make their food with a little more care as well.
I like this franchise a lot. Not the biggest fan of this location. I’ve had the same dish made better in other locations. Maybe I caught them on a bad day?
