Hands down one of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants! We were a group of 5 and ordered a bunch of dishes to share family style. Everything was packed with flavor, authentic, and cooked well. There was a bakery next door where we got some bahn mi to-go. Highly recommend stopping by here if you want a nice homey meal!

Service was awesome and so was the food. Not my style of beer but was still good. Duck and wonton pho. Seafood and mussels dish with rice.

My husband and I had a fabulous experience here!! We tried a variety of dishes, and everything was fantastic and delicious! What a lovely dining experience! Also the owners and staff are wonderful, and the restaurant is clean with a warm, inviting atmosphere. I will be recommending this place to friends and family too! Thank you New Saigon!

First time here for lunch with a friend. Cool that there’s a bakery next door. Lots of different dishes to select from but in the end I went with the grilled shrimp noodle bowl. I don’t know why but I always pick the dry noodles when I want soup. Oh well. With the dipping sauce it was not as dry. And the shrimp were tasty. His lunch plate was large and delish according to him. I tried a spring roll and it was good. Service was friendly and they did check on us. Private parking lot so that was nice. Would come again.

We've eaten here before & have had much better results. Maybe it was the timing - we were there between lunch & dinner & the staff was busy eating their own lunch. Ordered a shrimp & vegetable plate which was an entirely flavorless bowl of steamed vegetables in a bland sauce of cornstarch/water. The 'fried rice' it was served with was oily yellow & old rice - nothing else. A lunch special bowl was a bit better - but not by much. The noodles were refrigerator cold. There were nice pieces of grilled beef & pork- but again flavorless. The "Iced tea" was so weak I thought that I'd been served water by mistake. This used to be a favorite place of ours - by not anymore. We won't bother going back.

I was so excited to try this restaurant after reading reviews, unfortunately it was not my favorite. Food was bad, place was small and old , kind of pricey. Sad experience!

I wish I could say that the food was good ‘which it was had better though ‘‘ but the scene is like something out of pulp fiction ‘ the service sucks ‘CNN is in your Face ?..if you like to eat and watch war scenes of today ! There is a ‘big screen TV for that here ‘‘if you have a sensitive reaction however to bad war news today‘I would avoid this place ‘like the Plague, not good for your digestive system ..big thumbs down ? terrible atmosphere ☹️ 5 thumbs down ?????

Always a satisfying experience! This was our first visit since COVID, and the food was FANTASTIC. You can count on the sun coming up, and New Saigon being delicious! I think it is the best Vietnamese restaurant in Denver, and has been for years. Great for family dining.

I've been coming here for years! They are clean, great staff and all the food is great!! Never disappoints!

Great, great Vietnamese food! I think we’ve found our go-to neighborhood spot.Spring rolls (with mint!) were fresh and tasty. The special noodle bowl was a huge portion but I couldn’t help myself from crushing the whole thing. Fiancé really enjoyed her Bo Luc Lac as well. We will be back to explore more of the massive menu!
