In terrible need of new management. I typically go to the Littleton location with no fail but this was the closest location at the time. I ordered online and came to pick up when it was due to be ready. They advise system error and couldn't find my order. Employee was trying to call management but getting no answer. I had a meeting at a certain time and could not wait for them to actually make it. Hopefully the charge doesn't go through from my bank.
Edit -- I have been here a few times now and I definitely would recommend their BOWLS & juices over their smoothies. Their Orange Cruch & Banana Berry Blast are my 2 favorite go-to juices! I got their PB Mocha last time and I couldn't even drink it. It was just too chalky tasting and not super flavorful.
This place is horrible every time I have come in they do not greet you and say hello I will be right with you. There will be 4 people behind the counter and no one will address you. They will just stay looking down and making drinks or they will even look at you and not say nothing. They will have you just stand there for like 5 min. But as soon as a Caucasian walks in then they come right up to the desk and have an attitude then they want to take your order. This has happen twice when I have come to this location. I come to nectar quite often at least 3-4 times a week and spend lots of money here. But this location is horrible. There customer services here is horrible I will would not waste your time come if to this location if you are a person of color.
They forgot half my order. I ordered a protein bowl and green smoothie. Only got the protein bowl.UPDATE: I gave them a second chance and next day they missed half my order again. These is a LOW VALUE business.
Nekter is probably the healthiest option you could have for lunch. Excellent ingredients. However, recipes are not consistently followed and therefore what you get may not be/taste like what you ordered before, despite having the same ingredients.
LOOOOVE THIS PLACE! compared to other similar acai bowl places, they give you a lot more for the price and have a lot of options for toppings and bases
Don't go here if you have allergies. The $1 extra to sub almond butter still came with peanut butter.
Used the app to order ahead on Tues a $147 order with a juice cleanse, bowl, and shot. The earliest pickup time offered was Fri by 7pm. I tried calling ahead to confirm order and to see if it's ready any earlier than that. No one picked up the phone. I called 3 times each day and left messages. No response. Finally I show up on Fri at the designated time and nothing was ready. I had to sit and wait for them to fulfill it. Really disappointed in the lack of communication and for not delivering on the promise ordering ahead offers. For the amount of $$$ I spent I would have expected better customer service than this. Won't be coming here again.
Nice place. They do provide vegan and gluten free food, juice, and smoothies.
Terrible customer service. I’m not easily offended, but after my experience there I will never go in again and I will encourage my friends and neighbors not to support this business. Hopefully something better will move in soon. I miss the sub place.
