This place is awesome, located with a great brewery. Tried the Flammable Solid, sneaks up on you and my mouth was on fire! Much hotter than Dave’s Hot Chicken down the road. Nashville hot was delicious and the perfect amount of hotness. Prices were decent too! Definitely recommend!
I'm so glad MCHC opened a Denver location! We loved the Fort Collins location. This location is just as good. The chicken is spicy, delicious and tender and the mac and cheese always pairs perfectly. Delicious hot chicken with fantastic beer all under the same roof, what more can you ask for?
This is by far one of the best hot chicken places in Denver. The Nashville hot is good but the White Hot is far superior. It’s much hotter but is backed with brown sugar and honey (I think) that adds a subtle sweetness. You have to like actual hot chicken to enjoy it. This location is also inside of a great brewery and IPAs go great with spicy food.

Got the tenders and it was the perfect level of heat and flavor - very crispy while still having juicy meat. Honestly, i'd put them in the top 3 chicken tenders I've ever had. With a good beer, Awesome!
I was excited to eat here but was completely thrown off by the boingy, stringy chicken in every bite. My husband felt the same about his too. The texture tasted really weird I threw the rest of it away. The cauliflower bites were yummy and the fries were too. The breading and seasoning was also good on the chicken but the chicken itself, I was grossed out for sure.
I walked in with a mask guy tells me I have to be vaccine per Denver. I proceed to show him he is wrong. Then tells me the restaurant made the rule. Yet one of their guys is cooking without a mask as you can see on my pictures. Wil never be back! Also posted their sign and how is not the same ad Denver is asking for
Still good, but chicken portion size shrinking vs Fort Collins location and past few times in Denver. Normally 5 stars but this time the chicken was smaller and the bun not as soft. Will give them another shot for sure given great history. Also not ideal not dining in with strict vax card max rules not allowing our party to all stay. Will definitely be back because the flavor is still awesome.
