I’m a huge fan of sandwiches and I think Mr Luckys has the best in Denver. If you’re looking for a classic sub shop with top tier classics and interesting specialties look no further. I’ve had a few of their sandwiches but the Italian is what I have to highlight. Absolutely delicious, my favorite sandwich in all of Denver. The customer service is top tier. I have nothing bad to say about this place and recommend to everyone
Went 45 minutes out of our way to eat here only to arrive and see workers inside but the door locked, parking is a night mare and had to walk a little while to get to the shop. This was on a Saturday afternoon when it still said it was open. Disappointing, will never try them again.
They have great sub sandwich with friendly staff and good service. This is my go to for a well made sandwich. Their delicious with all the fresh ingredients in all their sandwiches.
This place is soooooo amazing. Great sandwich, amount of food and prices are perfection and I’ve ordered subs here for my co workers; we all love this place! It’s hard to find good food in Denver that’s not over-priced and accessible. Mr. Lucky’s is a find. My favorite here is the ABQ!Also I just saw someone from florida comment about Pub Subs LOL and I thought that was amazing. I’m also from florida and I would agree to their statement!
Bun was hard as a rock ordered a large only got a half , still charged for a whole. And too much dressing on the hoagie. Never again.
I've been looking for a great sub/sandwich place since leaving Florida (and Publix) behind. So far this is the closest I've come to a Publix sub in Denver--which is the highest compliment I can possibly give. I ordered the French dip and it was delicious! 10/10 would recommend!
Very friendly service fresh ingredients and accommodating
I don't think I can go back. 2 out of 3 times this place is bomb. 1 out of 3 times it's a waste of money and super gross. I ordered a double roast beef w provalone, light amount of yellow mustard, light amount of Mayo and lettuce. When I opened it it looked like a crouton and roast beef on a Yello Mayo soup. It took me 12 napkins to eat the first quarter of the sandwich, the second quarter I dropped and had to sweep up because it was hard to hold without getting tablespoons of Mayo all over me. I paid $22 w tip for an iced tea and a quarter of a sandwich I didn't like cuz it had so much Mayo on it that it was just gross. I wonder if light amount and very little mean tons there. Or I wonder if they don't like me or something. Anyhow. Guess I don't have a neighborhood spot to go to anymore. This has happened many times. No wonder they got rid of the tables. Now they don't have to be accountable for what they prep.
Great bread and a pretty simple menu. East coast deli vibes.
The bread makes the sandwich here and they have a delicious baguette. I ordered a couple of their Lucky's Clubs (Ham, turkey, bacon, cheddar, lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, mustard and mayo) for myself and a client that I was buying lunch for.My client loved the sandwich and asked where I had gotten it. He commented that the bread reminded him of back East. It's a given that I'll stop by here again when I'm in the area.
