I know that doesn’t have good bagel places which is completely sad but this place is one of the worst I’ve ever been to. Bagel doesn’t taste like the real bagel.I ordered the New Yorker which (believe me) can’t even compare to a real New York bagel. A very small amount of lox, I could only taste tomatoes and capers. Bagel itself reminds me a piece of bread.Definitely not coming back

I really wanted to love this place! I saw the reviews and chose this over another bagel shop. The employees were SO friendly and welcoming, the drink selection was amazing, and the coffee was good (with coffee ice cubes!). However, the bagels were kinda of flavorless. For reference, we got a dozen bagels with a mix of plain, blueberry, poppy, sesame, and everything. We each had a different bagel, therefore trying all of them and we all agreed that it lacked flavor. Mind you, we also add seasoning to the cream cheese every time. The veggie cream cheese was great (we ALWAYS add thyme, onion, and garlic no matter what the place). And even with that, we could tell the bagel itself was flavorless. I eventually added salt to the cream cheese and feel like that's part of what their dough was missing, but with it JUST being in the cream cheese, it didn't stop half of our mouth from tasting nothing.I'm hoping this was just the one batch that they forgot to add salt or whatever ingredients to, but we leave next week and still have too many bagels left to spend money to give it a second try.Overall: 3 stars. 1 star for the employees, 1 for the coffee, 1 for the drink selection. 2 stars docked for the waste of money for the dozen bagels and half dozen mini bagels.

People actively turn around and leave after realizing how long the wait is going to be and that staff don’t seem to notice/operate faster. The strange thing is that the line’s not usually very long, it just moves slow AF. Not sure why Moe’s can’t get this together because it’s been the case for over a year. Also be prepared to pay up. Expensive for a bagel place. Apart from those two pretty big issues, staff are nice and bagels are good (but not 30-min-wait good).

I hate complaining and I never write reviews but this was the worst bagel I had in my life so far. They wanted to charge us $55 dollars for 4 bagels and there was so much cream cheese on them. “can I get some bagel with my cheese please” lol.

Been going to Moe’s for ~5 years now. Used to love this spot but prices have gone up, quality has gone down. Seem to now be chronically understaffed - 11am on a Wednesday and I waited 20 minutes to get one bagel. Time to officially find myself a new neighborhood bagel joint.

This was worth the wait on a Sunday morning at 11am. The line up went out the door and we waited almost 30 minutes. But by the end, our breakfast sammys on Italian bagels was yum-licious. Coffee was pretty decent too. They have about 15 different kinds of bagels to choose from and we selected Italian, sesame, chocolate chip, and cinnamon sugar. Would recommend and return for sure!

Pleasantly surprised by this place. Everyone who works here seems happy and are super friendly. They helped me make all the right choices. Got a pikes peak breakfast sandwich with onions on a spinach bagel and a mini cinnamon sugar bagel with house made strawberry cream cheese. Mocha could’ve had more chocolate in it but that’s just me. Overall this place is 10/10 and a great stop for fast bfast.

Busy place most mornings. Bagels selection is very good and diverse. Friendly atmosphere, clean tables and decent coffee. No five ⭐ rating today, my coffee was not hot. It was somewhere between, did he say hot or iced coffee? I was able to revive using the microwave at home. ?

The bagels are some of the best. The service? Horrifying. 7+ employees ignored the line and didn’t even acknowledge folks waiting to order. I finally get my 3 bagels in a bag, and have to wait SEVERAL MORE MINUTES to pay. The cashier was making iced coffee cubes and said she did not see me when I said “excuse me” multiple times. The person who bagged my bagels disappeared into thin air between the counter and register. It’s like the line (aka customers) is someone else’s problem rather than the ostensible life blood of a business. I’ve stopped coming here when I don’t have a HALF HOUR to get PLAIN BAGELS. Moe’s is consistently this inefficient. Like, are employees intentionally trained to do one task and none of them are there to handle in-person orders?

Delicious breakfast bagels, still need to try their lunch menu. If you're not in a rush the line can be a tad long in the morning, but they've got online ordering so you can order in advance for a quick in-and-out.
