I ordered the turkey pesto blueberry sandwich. It was absolutely delicious and fresh, only one thing....I think they forgot it was a turkey sandwich because there was literally 3 small slices of turkey for the entire sandwich. I would have taken it back but got on the plane and it was too late. Such a bummer!
This airport location of Modern Market is a great option if you want to eat healthy while traveling. I had not eaten dinner, and didn’t wanna eat fast food at the airport. I ordered a bowl with salmon, it was outstanding. The bowl had a mixture of rice and quinoa for the carbohydrate and assorted vegetables with salmon. The flavor was delicious, and the portion was very filling. I highly recommend this restaurant for a healthy choice while traveling.
Love finding great restaurants to dine during my travels. This airport location had a great breakfast/lunch menu.Fast and friendly service makes it even better. My seared Ahi salad was good, but I felt the ingredients didn't really go well all together and I probably would pass next visit. Next time I'll try one of their pizzas.
I had a early morning layover and wanted something different than the fast food offerings. I decided to try Modern Market and ordered the Market scramble and was pleased. The eggs tasted real and the broccoli was still firm. The only downside was there was only 1/2 piece of toast.
Ordered the chicken curry bowl and it arrived quickly despite busy traffic. However, the curry was bland and didn't seem to have any salt, let alone other spices. Disappointing for the price.
Delicious food and most importantly fantastic customer service! Kimberly recommended the Baja blackened chicken salad and it was very tasty! If you are thinking of getting McDonalds or chick fil a nextdoor do yourself a favor and go to modern market eatery! You will not regret it!!
Modern Market has a great variety of healthy food items to offer. Some items are even offered in half portions. I ordered the half Thai Coconut salad. It had a lovely combination of flavors and textures. The half portion was more than enough for me, especially before jumping on a plane. While waiting in line to order at the counter, you have the opportunity to review their menu. After placing you order, you step aside until your order is ready, then someone calls your order number. I almost didn't stop here, because the line appeared long, but I ordered and received my food in about 15 minutes. Very fast and friendly service. I would highly recommend Modern Market and would definitely eat here again.
This place had the quickest line in Denver Airport, and the food didn’t disappoint either! Healthier option on a day of flying.
They have a vegan option which I really appreciate but unfortunately it's almost inedible. Tofu scramble is hard to mess up but this place managed to do it. My main issue is that the tofo is incredibly wet and orange. I think it was mixed up with some kind of mushy carrots. It has corn, black beans, and fake cheese. The flavors do not blend together at all and it has an acrid flavor. Restaurants love giving vegans off the wall menu items. Would you open up a can of corn and put it in your scrambled eggs? Would you mash up carrots and put those in? Neither would a vegan. The real problem here was the mushy texture. I wanted so badly to go back and show the cooks how to make a proper tofu scramble. You don't need to break down the tofu to the point that it resembles mashed potatoes. You need well drained super firm tofu in a lightly oiled pan. Break it up into medium sized pieces with a spatula. Fry that until the liquid evaporates! Season with salt and pepper. Onion powder, garlic, and basil are also acceptable. Add green or yellow onions, plant cheese, mushrooms and bell peppers. I added an extra star for the service and the potatoes.
Decent airport option for healthier food. The smoked salmon keto bowl was tasty, had good smoked salmon and fresh guacamole avocado on it. Definitely pricey but probably not out of line for an airport.
