Good Ice cream with good flavors. However, staffing needs to be discussed. One worker during our visit with a long line of people waiting. That’s a lot to take one with one worker!
The ice cream was delicious, they had I lot of toppings to experiment with, and I really enjoyed the experience of watching the staff make the rolls.

Endlessly instagramable rolled ice cream and specialty Thai drinks. If you’re just looking for a quantity basic ice cream cone, the Milkroll is probably not for you. The price point (~$10 per cup) is high for not much ice cream as some other reviewers have said because you’re half paying for the presentation. They freeze it right in front of you, so you know it’s fresh. When we want high quality artisanal ice cream - we come to Milkroll.

I don't normally leave reviews, but the fact they have a vegan option but refuse to use a clean plate to mix it with doesn't make sense at all. When we told the guy our son has a severe dairy allergy he said all the plates had milk on them and they wouldn't clean one. If you're planning on coming here for the vegan option don't bother coming here.
Nice presentation but average flavor and a little pricey for what you get. They started making my ice cream before I paid and confirmed my order so it was too late to change the base flavor after I realized it wasn’t what I wanted.
Employees weren't helpful in explaining the process or knowing the menu. I paid 7.50 for ice cream with a tiny bit of Oreo crumbs and a single inedible "toasted marshmallow" on top. Vegan ice cream was fine but boring without the mixins or sauces that I paid for but was told it was too late to add in.
