We stopped in for a cocktail and sat at the bar. We both liked what we had. We did not order food this time. We watched them make several cocktails that we wanted to try next time. The "next time" happens to be the next day with some friends who wanted to meet here. So we ordered the fancy cocktail that we saw being made. Mine was great, hers was small, like half of it was gone. Not sure what happened but it was just a little more than a shot. We did share some of the smashed potatoes and those were great. I do want to come back for the burger. Wish they were open for lunch.
Came here for drinks around 9pm on a Friday, and the drinks we got honestly really were tasty (I got the brandy one). However our server felt pretty disinterested in doing her job. It felt like we had offended her in some fashion just by being there…so idk maybe will go back but in reading other people’s similar reviews, maybe they just really don’t care to do things differently.
Great cocktails, great vibe, really good spot to have drinks at. Would definitely recommend, but music was a bit too loud for drinks with friends on a Monday night, but I get it—those Colfax vibes. Go check it out!
The service was so great and the drinks were delicious. But the food was INCREDIBLE. The smashed potatoes with dip was one of the best things I’ve ever had. The carrots 5 ways were so creative and so delicious.
Interesting little bar with an equally interesting cocktail list. I was a big fan of the decor and music selection, and the bar staff were friendly and happy to chat with us. We went on the later side, but based on the size I’m sure you’d have a similar experience any time of the day! Worth a stop.
We had an assortment of dishes and ate them family style. Everything exceeded expectations. I honestly will be coming here every time he changes the menu. A true master of the craft.
I don’t like to judge a place by one visit but Saturday evening I visited this establishment and was greeted by one of the worse servers I’ve ever encountered. This experience was horrible. The server my party had was rude and unhelpful until we had to call her back to the table. We were then met with sarcasm and a lack of remorse for her terrible customer service.She said her name was Celeste and might have just had a bad day. It ruined my experience at what I had heard was an amazing establishment.I will never go back to this business.
Don’t even try it.. what terrible service. The bar back was actually nice the bartender on the other hand made me feel insulted and kind of scoffed at us when we ordered cosmos to celebrate a recent death. We ordered the cranbaby and were not satistifed… they didn’t even seem to care . I guess the old days of selector Roswell spinning vinyl are over. I asked for the bartenders name and he would not tell me as if I was in the wrong… what a shame this place use to be chill. Now it’s like insulting…
I regret to have given my businessWe ordered food, and as others have said it was severely too salty, and also too spicy.I wasn't finding quite what I wanted on the special cocktail list so I asked the bartender if he could create something and I attempted to give direction based on one of the cocktails on the menu. He rudely declined to help and told me that the cocktail I pointed out was pre batched and they don't make anything a la carte. I was left standing there unserved and he turned away to help other customers and never acknowledged me again.This bar gives the vibe of fun drinks and a place you would think has bartenders who enjoy making creative drinks. Not here.Sad to have spent any money here, and disappointed in the undignified service.I'm sure management doesnt have pride in quality hires and just functions from a pre made menu to plug and play any bartender..like the man with peroxide bleached ponytail buns tonight.
