I’ve a.ways liked the food and sincerely hope this is a “one off.” But realistically, 20 minutes on hold, wow, just wow.Second update: I was emailed on 5/20/22 and accepted the offer of a gift card mailed to me. Today is 6/6/22 and to date I have received exactly nothing. I’ll be honest, the food is very good, the customer service is shockingly lacking. It didn’t used to be this way, it’s sad that this is “normal” now.Third update. I received the gift cards today. They were postmarked 6/10/22, almost a month after I was told they were being mailed. How very proper it took a long time. Just like being on hold, expect to wait to correct any mistake. Nothing is handled quickly and you will spent time thinking they completely forgot you, once again, the food is very good. The customer service when things go wrong is shockingly bad. Can’t wait to share this with Elliot.

Got a Cesar salad which was the lightest and hard parts of a romaine heart. The Alfredo was kind of bland so I asked if they had salt and pepper, they only had salt packets no pepper so I ended up only eating half of everything. I was hoping for great things from this place.
I have been a Mici customer for a while and loved their salads. This past February I ordered 2 salads and they were both terrible. There were no toppings, the salad was brown and the salad size (should have been large) looked like it was a side salad. I paid over $30. for these salads. I wrote to Mici and heard from a woman named Julie. She apologized and told me that I would receive a refund and some coupons. That was in February and I have yet to see either. Very disappointing.
I cannot say enough about how amazing Mici is. It's not only delicious, high-quality Italian food, but it's fast, affordable and the customer service is amazing. My family and I love ordering from here regularly!
The pizza here is to die for. The crust has amazing texture and flavor, the toppings and sauce are high quality, and the overall composition leads to a high-quality, authentic experience. They make their gelato themselves, and it has richness and flavor I've only found at the best ice cream shops in Denver. The pumpkin flavored gelato is my favorite!I signed up for their rewards program at the Mici location across the street from me on Stout downtown. It was my takeout order of choice during the Covid lockdown (and before), but they unfortunately closed that location. Sadly, I keep getting rewards emails about their delicious food, and they I have no way to get it (they don't deliver to my address, either directly or through delivery services). The emails don't seem to offer a way to unsubscribe to them, either, so I'm stuck being teased. Bring the pizza back to downtown, please!
Pizza was good, and being from NYC that says a lot. But whatever time they tell you to come pick up your order add another 45 mins to an hour and a half to that.
Seriously good pizza. I love the cristofori (chicken and artichokes). Generous toppings and the crust is so good! Plus the owner is an incredibly kind woman. Can’t go wrong!
Timely & delicious! I ordered Mici for the first time from the Colorado location using a food ordering app. I scheduled to pick up at 6:15PM and when I walked in at 6:15PM, it was ready to go! I also appreciated how nice and warm my food was when I picked them up. I didn't have to heat them up once I got home and was able to eat right away. I ordered their Alfredo pasta and 16" Pepperoni pizza. They were both hot and delicious! Friendly staff, timely, and delicious food. I can't wait to try other items on their menu.
