Don't tell anyone. This restaurant is underpriced for the great quality, especially great considering it's at an airport way out from the city. Strong selection of local beer and spirits. Good pork green chile which is relatively mild in heat. The menu is easy to take to go for the plane.
Surprisingly good carnitas tacos. Good service. My only concern is the freshness of the limes; dished served with a very old lime
My mom and I stopped in while waiting for our next flight. The service was great from the time we got there until the time we left.Our waitress was great making sure we had everything we needed as well as made sure we had drinks to go.I highly recommend stopping in if you have time.
You can never predict when Mesa Verde is open. Any reasonable meal time, either the whole place is closed or just the kitchen is closed. It was a dependable favorite before coronavirus. Right now at 5:50pm on a busy Thursday night, the kitchen is closed until 9pm. Not sure under what business case that makes sense. Find somewhere else.
Nothing special, but a good place to eat before flying. Good food and service!

It’s very sad when the food is great, but the service is incredibly rude. The waitress doesn’t know how to speak to customers at all. When placing an order, I inquired if the soups could be done less spicy, a pretty normal question to ask in a restaurant. The waitress reacted like I asked her to personally cook me a special meal. Every single question I asked about the food was accompanied by ignorance and I felt like I was annoying her with just being there. The good thing about this place is the food, yet the service makes you feel so uncomfortable, you regret you even stepped in the place.

It was a great place to get a bite to eat during my 4 hr layover. It took a bit of time to get service so I wouldn't recommend if you've got limited time.The food was very good, I had the vegetable eggs with chili Verde, it was very flavorful.
My favorite stop when passing through Denver. Always fast and friendly service, great food and drinks. For airport fare I'm not going to lie, at the risk of causing a flood of people creating longer wait times, the food is good, the service has ALWAYS been great and the prices are almost unrealistically reasonable, especially for the airport. If I'm in Denver, I will be there between flights!!! Guaranteed.
