I visited this location in February of 2020. Right before covid! I had a great experience and went in twice it was so good. I have a lot of food allergies, gluten, dairy, eggs and the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful when ordering. They triple checked my order to make sure it was allergen free and I never had any issues. Their pizza is made fresh so it does take 15-20 minutes to get the order but it’s worth the wait!! I live in a city without a Mellow Mushroom and I sure do miss it! Some of the best gluten free pizza I’ve ever had!

We were shocked to find out that the wating period that evening was one hour! (It turns out to be a Prom Night). the hoyur was well worth it! each of our plates was extraordinary. Great Service too! A nice touch was the owner?manager? checking on each table how things were :)
The pizza was good, the thin crust and the classic crust were both good. The service was attentive, the tables and chairs were clean. The atmosphere was chill, lighting is unique but not distracting. Expect to spend about $25 per person at dinner.

Walking the 16Street Mall district for some shopping and exercise on a beautiful warm winter day. Made this a late lunch early dinner around 3:30pm. Only one server when we came in. 30 minute wait for table. Took seat at bar and had a couple drinks. Bartender took our Pizza order while we waited. After about 30 minutes our Pizza order came out hot and fresh. The medium pizza, about 6 slices was almost to much for us. We had the house special which has everything. Great food and reasonable price. Excellent dinning experience.
Everything about this place is awesome. The pizza is easily the best at high altitude, hard to get good crust up here but they hit it out of the park. The music and atmosphere are perfect. The staff are phenomenal. I spoke with the hostess, my server and another member of waitstaff dropping off my drink, and all three were fun, professional, and engaging. I lived in Denver for a decade, and have never found better pizza. I always come here when I'm back in the city.
We decided to try out Mellow Mushroom because they offered gluten free crust. However, it wasn't really crust in my opinion, maybe more like flatbread. Either way, nothing spectacular. We did get the Greek salad too and that was very good. We also appreciate all the drink options.
Some of the best pizza I've ever had. Philosopher's Pie may not be on the menu, but they'll still make it for you. Paired with the Ace Pineapple Ale...and you just can't go wrong!
