Absolutely horrible service anytime after 10pm. Went 2 days in a row just to see if it was just a bad day, NOPE! The speaker is very kind, but the server and window guy have the worst service in this industry. My order was wrong both nights and the second night the guy at the window didn't want to correctly give me sauce for my nuggets or a bottled water. Mibd you, there was no sauce in the bag after I had already requested Honey. Then, gave me and my guest an attitude when we asked if he could correct his mistake and give us the sauce we originally requested. The guy literally tried to charge us AGAIN 45 cents per sauce. Wouldn't recommend even trying after 10pm. Should just take that shift away until some motivated individuals apply for graveyard.
This McDonald's location was the okay. The bathrooms were locked, so we had to get the staff to unlock restrooms to use them. The food was what you expect from a McDonald's, overall it was a decent experience.
This location has always impressed me. Great staff and food is always good. The manager on 06/19/2022 was amazing. Had everything together even with 10+ cars at the drive thru. Great stuff!!
This is the only 24hr McDonalds in Denver that’s actually open. At other locations the lights are on and people are inside, they just ignore you at the drive through hoping you’ll go away. This location also seems to be staffed by people who barely speak English, but most of them are very friendly. I will happily deal with a language barrier and use the opportunity to work on my Spanish, it’s exponentially better than begging some entitled kid who also barely speaks English (but speaks no other languages) to acknowledge I exist.
Honestly, I can't say this enough: GO TO THIS MCDONALD'S. It's 24 hours, they never mess up my order, but the most awesome thing is the morning manager. When he told me to "have a good McMorning™", I had a very good McMorning. This guy is amazing, and he shows enthusiasm at hours you wouldn't expect people to be enthusiastic.
It was really late and not many other places were open, so I'm going to say that us the reason we sat in the drive-thru for 38 minutes. At least our food was still relatively worm. The employees we nice enough. I guess

Well went back and this time I did pre order and guess what they screwed up my order Why ?WHY? WHY? the drive up up girl is the only reason I come back cause she's so friendly and knows what I want! Just wish the guy that took order and people that made the order get it right!! This is just getting worse.
People at this McDonald's and workers they was really nice I had your food out still hot french fries hot fresh you know like you couldn't ask for a better Meal , yeah but like I always make sure you remind them to put the ketchup in your bag .…Trust
It was approximately 1:45 AM when McDonald’s called me into their golden arches and luckily for me Hilda was there to greet me. Hilda did such a fantastic job, I really trusted her with my order and her accuracy. Not only did Hilda get my exact order but then she suggested I get more, to then I responded yes queen throw on a 20 piece McNugget on. she then came back asking which sauces I requested and I said barbecue ranch and honey mustard. When I met Hilda at the first window she had such a Chipper demeanor, I honestly felt like I could trust her with anything. Thank you so much South broad McDonald’s for the hot and crispy food
