“Open 24 hours” is a LIE! Do not say you’re open 24 hours if you’re not, please. McDonald’s makes me very happy, but this location just broke my heart. I ordered a Lyft to take me to this location because it specifically said it was open 24 hours. Now I’m at a gas station, heating up a breakfast sandwich in the microwave. Additionally, my only request when they refused my order was that the manager update their hours of operation. Please update your hours!
Waited 20mins because I got someone else's cold filet o fish meal (I ordered just a sandwich), came back through to get another warm sandwich. I got it...no sauce or cheese. What a scam.
Order 2 meals without onions and tomatoes. Both burgers had them. Sprite for the drinks and both had no syrup. Fries were hot and fresh. I asked for ketchup and napkins and they literally gave 3 napkins and 2 ketchup.
Mad shouts to this location! So much delish packed into one order ...huge thumbs way the freck uuuup to the super awesome dude that gave my frappe some major love. this people, this is how you do fast food! Quick! With a big smile! The hash browns were crispy and hot the frappe was sweet and had the most perfect amounts of caramel drizzles and the pics don't suffice for the cinnamon roll, it had just the right amount of icing and was warm from first to the last bite without being rubbery ...{{and I accidentally shifted my baggie so some icing stuck to the top of the inside of the box so it prolly looked a little less grand than it really was,}} but it was honestly just outstanding...all around and they didn't forget my napkins for once! They are doing it big over here! Huge props to these guys for making my morning an possibly my day with the superb service and outstanding meal they provided this lovely morning! Keep up the fantastic work folks! cheers!.....I'm loving it!
Yet another McDonalds that claims to be 24 hours. You’re welcome to sit at the drive through for a while and waste your time but 15 mins out here and nobody is responding
Hey, they didn't screw up the order!! Good job, crew. I haven't seen that happen at a fast food place in a long, long time. We went through the drive thru so I can't comment on the interior, but I'm impressed they actually got us what we ordered. Not a difficult order, but somehow other places can't do it right. These folks did.
Smooth and efficient location with solid workers and very few mistakes. I actually can’t remember this location ever making a mistake with my order. That’s a rare gem of a McDonald’s in my opinion. Only problem with this location… is the location and the type of people you can find on the colfax safari.
Worst experience at this location. I came in at night to get some food via drive-thru. I was almost finishing up eating when a tow truck pulls up right next to me, and this old rude guy pops out telling me he’s the tow truck and that I can’t sleep there overnight so he’s gonna tow me.I tell him to leave me alone as I’m literally a paying customer and he tells me that it doesn’t matter, I can’t stay there and that my windows need to be all rolled down ??! Who in the world do they think they are trying to bully people around ?? Is this how you run your business ? I was harassed by your contractor and made to leave. Unacceptable, what is your response to that ?
I hate giving negative reviews but my god did this restaurant deserve this. And I work in the industry and am pretty forgiving for the most part. They shut off all their lights in order to look closed and then they won’t answer at the drive up speaker there was a girl who was looking right at me and several that walked by. The girl was literally at the window making a Snapchat while I’m trying to get some help. I finally honked and they acted like I scared them when they saw me the whole time I told her sorry I’m trying to get your attention since way back there and she’s like I’m not back there then rudely took my order and took forever to get it out despite being the only car in line. Crazy
Took just under 30 min to get my drink and fries. Liked the fries because they had lighter than usual salt, but the drink was too light on the syrup.
