I have heard good things about Marco's across the country, but have not had a chance to try one until today.. I do not see how the Health Dept has not closed them down. This place has spilled soda, or some liquid all over dining area. Had to leave without ordering due to the lack of cleanliness. Will not be back to try them again at this location. I will have to try one elsewhere to see if this is the norm for them....
The food was delicious but the service was not good at all. They had a hard time counting out 10 pizzas, that's because there was only 9 there, then we had to wait an extra 20 minutes because the first replacement was a size to small then what we ordered and paid for so they had to make another while we waited. I understand mistakes happen but this was just to many to close in succession.
My wife and I declared this place to have the best pizza we've had since living in Colorado. The only problem is their app. There is no menu option and when you decide to order or navigate anywhere there keeps popping up a box that says oops unavailable please call. Can't provide customer feedback thru the app either or locate a nearby store. Not very convenient.
Cashiers aren’t very friendly, long wait time for food, and restaurant wasn’t as clean as restaurants should be. Food was fresh and tasted okay.Also both cashiers’ necks are full of hickey marks, looks super unprofessional and they were having a personal conversation with one another about taking back the two weeks notice before even finishing our order.
I WILL NEVER GO BACK. I walked in to grab a bite before I went to the movies next door. There are maybe 12 workers in total. They all were teenagers. There were three young women at the register. All three of them had their back towards the register ignoring the line that had accumulated behind me. They line cooks were extremely loud and rowdy and using foul language as if they were at home.The three women all we're more interested in there phones than taking orders. After about four minutes of standing there, they took my order and told me it would be ready in 15 minutes and they will bring it to me. I go to sit down and the place is filthy. I had to clean my table. After waiting 25 minutes I go up to the counter. The workers see me and I get no response from any of them who were all standing around. I had to raise my voice to get someone to have a conversation with me. I ask about my order and the kid says "oh yeah it's been done" it was sitting on the shelf with about 4 other orders.worst place to eat in Northfield
The girl with with red hair and chola eyebrows was so rude I waited AN HOUR FOR 2 PIZZAS, she didn’t call out my name or anything. and when i asked her to hand me my pizza because it was the only one there she walked away WORST PLACE EVER MAKE ME WANT TO KMS NEVER GO THERE PIZZA WAS COLD AND DRY. The guy working with her was so sorry and apologized for HER ACTIONS
The pizza is delicious! We got the pepperoni magnifico and the "old world pepperoni" was really good. It curled up into little cups just like it does on the commercial. It's rare that food actually looks like it does in the commercial when you get it in real life. Our pizza looked exactly like the commercial. It was absolutely delicious and I would highly recommend! The only bad things I could say are: 1) you have to park a decent amount away and then walk to the store and then walk back with your pizza. It's definitely not the end of the world to walk a little bit though. And it's not their fault per say. They kind of deeper in an outdoor mall style area which is why you can't park too close. They do however have 2-3 little drop off spots next to the entrance and if there is an open spot, you can pull in quickly to grab your pizza. I'm not sure if that spot is for that purpose or not so park there at your own risk. I had someone else in the car while I ran in which made me feel better. 2) their pepperoni pizza is really greasy. However, there is a ton of pepperoni on it which is obviously incredibly greasy and so is the cheese so that's just kind of what you'd expect. It is greasier than most pizzas I've had but it also had a lot more pepperoni on it than most others as well. So as long as you don't mind some grease, which I don't mind at all (can also easily be soaked up with a paper towel) then you will certainly enjoy this delicious pizza!
Service is quick and the pizza taste great, cant go wrong with the All Meat Pizza ?
I ordered 2 slices of pepperoni and they made me wait 45 minutes until I finally went up and told them I need my food now, or I'll miss my movie. Turns out they completely forgot about me, which is amazing because they had pizza available right as I ordered. When they finally decided to get my order, they got it wrong on account that they had run out of pepperoni. The slices I got were dried out and awful.
My friends and I were a little disappointed by the quality of the pizza here. The service was kind and quick for how busy they were, however the pizza was a bit too cheesy and gooey, as though it were undercooked.
