We stopped in during a conference, and it was so good! My husband and I both had grain bowls (baja shrimp & southwest chicken). We loved them so much, we returned the next day. If there was a MAD Greens near me (North Dakota), I'd be a frequent customer!
very rude employees and overall negative atmosphere - employee with no apron and bandana was very rude. overall i felt as though certain employees wanted me to leave - got glared at as i ate the entire time. very negative experience. nobody seemed happy to work here.
Ordered online for pick out. They were quick and the salad I ordered was great. However, when I approached the counter, not knowing their procedure for picking up orders, I waited in line until it was my turn to approach the counter, while I was waiting I observed the cashier and another employee discussing, back and forth, another employee:. It looked really messy, not the time or place for it, I was hungry and really had to get back to work, but, I was polite when I approached the counter, I asked “Where do I pick up my pick-up order” The nasty, more u attractive of the two said “It’s Right There!!!” In the nastiest tone she could possibly conjure up. How rude. I stood there for a sec, dumbfounded. I struggle to find the words to paint a descriptive scenario that justifies my review, but I was hungry
I love Mad Greens at 16th & Stout. The delivery drivers are always so nice, my order is correct, and the food is delicious.
I always love their food. It is made fresh. The staff is friendly and helpful.
The best staff and the best food. Its great and the team here really keep things clean and inviting. My favorite place to sit is right in the little nook at the front glass by the entrance door to watch the people walking down the 16th street mall.
I think the food is good - wish they warmed up the wraps. Overall, it’s a comprehensive salad bar. The customer service is an issue. It’s hard to hear what they are saying and I find them to have a rude attitude when working.

Horrible customer service just now the guy making my salad and wrap was so impatient and just downright rude it’s all about choices dude! Don’t project your misery on customers we are the reason you get a paycheck ?
Would give this place six stars if I could, the service was super friendly and food was healthy, good, and reasonably priced
