Salads were great. The wait was ridiculous and unacceptable considering the order was put through 2 hours prior and had to wait 20 minutes after the pick up time. People that were walking in received their meal right away. What’s the point of online orders with requested pick up time?? According to previous reviews, clearly nothings improved with processing online orders.

Who's bright idea was it to get rid of the Bonnie Parker and smoke cheese cubes and delicious vingerrette??!?!!??!! I hope you realize that was the best salad on your menu! I will find a new salad spot until you bring it back! I loved mad greens! You guys seriously screwed up here.BRING IT BACK! AT LEAST THE CHEESE CUBES AND VINEGERETTE!
Always a pleasant experience going here. The staff are nice and I'm able to get my food quickly. I appreciate all the modification options and they're quick to substitute things when I don't want a protein.
The manager and staff of this location surprised me with the best service I've seen in a long time. I placed an order online 2 days prior to a meeting and accidentally didn't put in the correct date and time for the order. When I got there, the order wasn't there. The manager was able to understand the problem quickly, put the order into the system and get my order prepared and out to me. My company meeting was saved and I am so grateful. I regret that in the confusion, I didnt catch the managers name but it was whomever was on duty around 12:30pm on 10/22/21. You all will forever be the standard to which I judge all restaurants from now on. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Unorganized and inefficient. Placed an online order at 11:10am for pick up at 12:00pm. 3 other people in office followed and placed and order for the same pick up time. From what I can see this store would rather their online orders wait 30 min past their pick up time than have their walk in customers wait 2. The employee bagging the online orders was bagging them one at a time and taking them to the shelves one at a time. In the process of getting that 1 online order out he would stop at the register and check out 3 walk in customers. Despite being the first one in my office to place my order, my food was prepared last and all I got was a wrap and a cup of soup while the other orders in my office had multiple items and drinks. Do not do online orders at this store, you'll wait less time waiting in line.
Had a great fast supper. All the safe was very attentive and may sure every aspect of our orders were perfect!
