Inconsistent quality. First visit was pleasant- perfect texture and smooth.However on another visit drink was all ice chunks which made it terribly difficult to drink as with each sip on the straw there were chunks of ice coming up with the boba. Being one of the more pricier joints I’d expect more. A blended almond snow with Boba cost me eight dollars- most places you can get two drinks for the same price.

I use to love going to this location after going today I don’t think I would like to go back. My order was completely wrong the place wasn’t as clean as it use to be It was truly a disappointment.

Worse place ever! The boba at this place off of Federal is disgusting… u went it and it smelt weird in the shop then when we went ordered a taro and strawberry drinks with boba… it tasted nasty very weird and we didn’t even drink 2 sips… after trying to go to a different lollicup place they couldn’t give us a refund because it’s owned by a different person. 1 star never going back ?

I seen this place had good reviews so decided to try and was extremely disappointed. First off let’s start with there are boxes everywhere and looks dusty. Second they don’t have a health grade sign visible in there store also while I was choosing a drink I looked over at the lady making drinks and she was touching her nose and then didn’t wash her hands and continued to make drinks. Just nasty I can’t come back...
