I love this place! The patio is wonderful, even on a hot day.
We arrived early to celebrate a friendâs birthday. Staff was friendly and efficient. Variety of dishes and accommodating to different tastes and desires. Quiet outdoor patio. Service was quick, non intrusive, food presentation was good and very flavorful.
Food is very good and fresh, but very expensive. $12 for an order of garlic bread that had maybe 6 slivers of bread, meatball appetizer was $14, other apps we had were up to $24 apiece. Same with salads, all like $12-15.
Mediocre service and $7 for bread
All entrees were excellent. Our waiter was knowledgeable, service attentive. One of the best Italian restaurants we have found.
We love coming here. However, the price of the butter lettuce salad is now $18 without the added chicken. Way over priced and small portion. My husband is really disappointed in that. Now also adding $3 for an extra tablespoon of pesto .. not nice. Since we don't eat a lot we're always able to bring leftovers home which is great. Hope Giancarlo fixes some of the prices and portions. Thanks.
We made reservations for the patio and it was delightful! So quiet and beautiful. The meals were delicious, as always. The waitstaff was impeccably attentive and professional. Our Boston gourmet friend was impressed and wants to return on her next trip. 5 stars!
Two problems. First we were not told there would be a $3 split change to split a ceasar salad. Also the salads were so small as to be ridiculous. Second, one of us ordered the seafood pasta. Enormous amount of pasta. When it was removed from the plate there were a couple of small shrimp and a few tiny clams. So much for the seafood. It was sent back.
Try the seafood salad, to.die.for and great value. Neighborhood gem, fancy food with out the fuss. Amazing tiramisu too!
My boyfriend and I went to celebrate his birthday. We split a bottle of Pinot and the server brought tiramisu with a candle at the end of our meal. We’ve been here twice now and thoroughly enjoy the food, service, and atmosphere. The dimmed lighting and an open kitchen give it a cozy feel, something like home - without the cooking. Look forward to visiting again soon.
