I have been to thousands of places and had Shrimp fried rice. This place by FAR has been the best. A perfect blend of rice, corn, carrots and other vegetables. Not to mention it’s lightly peppered and has some kind of sauce that is mildly blended in. But what REALLY got me was the Shrimp part. It crispy and fried almost like a homemade fried chicken. Only it was a lighter frying batter or something.I live down the street from here for more than a year and came in for the first time Today…I will be back and will recommend. Also the staff were sweethearts and that was a plus.
Some of the best ramen I’ve had in Denver. It was absolutely phenomenal. The service was fast. The gyoza was phenomenal. Limited seating for larger groups.
Continuously good quality. Try the more adventurous ramen, you won't be disappointed! I highly recommend the downstairs/restaurant portion. The upstairs (Lucid bar) is a different vibe with a karaoke bar. Both are great, just different vibes playing out. Pick your adventure! :)
We stoped in Denver on our way to breck from florida. The food was incredible and the service was outstanding, funny that the person that attended us is from Florida too!Kids had the rice bowl, me and my husband had some noodles..all amazing! I hope to come back some day and will definitely stop by to have some more! ❤️
Ordered for delivery and the ramen was amazing. It was packaged perfectly for delivery. The fried rice was great as were the gyoza. Can't wait to order again.
I ordered the Spicy Miso Ramen...it was excellent!!! Highly recommended. Was during lunch time, took a little long to get but it was worth the wait.
I love this place. The good is always great. The flavors just really hit the spot! They have plenty of choices too!
I’ve discovered this place a while back, absolutely love it and coming back ever since. Located right on Colfax closed to the Capital. I love the atmosphere here, they have 2 level for you to seat. The ramens here are absolutely fantastic! The broth is creamy and full of topping. The bun are good but too easily fall apart. The have parking right on the back of the store and it’s free.
Visiting Denver from Houston and my bestie and I were in Capital Hill. We were trying to figure out some lunch options and we saw Kyu Ramen and decided to stop in. Let me me tell you not only was this the best Ramen, but the absolute best and friendliest service. Porchia was our server and not only was she knowledgeable of the menu items, but was pretty much holding the entire restaurant down w such grace and ease. She was super friendly and made these out of towners feel very welcome. She made our lunch experience a great one and will definitely be back to eat again next time we are in town. Oh and be sure to try the spicy miso pork broth with your ramen. You won’t be disappointed.
I've ordered to go from Kyu many times, and the food is always great. I highly recommend the Chashu fried rice, Beef Niku Udon and Chashu Ramen. The Chashu rice is just awesome, its on a level above regular pork fried rice.I'm not an expert, and I don't know which goes with what. But I can tell you that their broths are fantastic.Chicken Karage is also great after ordering it for the first time.I've had one, minor, not really a bad thing, experience, that turned into a highlight of my day. See below and picture.Story Time! - 2 orders ago, a broth got missed, I wasn't sure if I missed it, I'm not an expert. I mentioned it on my next order, everything arrived perfectly.THE BEST PART - I got a nice note written to me on the receipt! It made my day!Thank you Chef Harold!
