Waited a little longer than expected, but the sunshine pineapple tea w boba was a lovely treat. It had chunks of pineapple in it, and the boba were fresh!
The staff are super fast in preparing your drinks. There are levels of sweetness that you can adjust, but it's still very sweet with 30% sweetness. I think I should try 0% sweetness but I don't know how milk tea would taste without sugar.
I've been a customer of this particular Kung Fu for years and have always appreciated the customer service and quality tea...until today.Walking in the establishment was nice and clean (per usual) but was greeted by a cashier that didn't seem too thrilled to answer any questions or take my order.My order was easy but specific, upon receiving the order I politely questioned it being visibly "different". I was then told "well that's the way it comes" accompanied with an eye roll. I asked if they could fix it (there was no one else waiting in the store). 3 staff members proceeded to stare at me with no verbal response. I took my order and hoped for the best.I understand that this pandemic has shifted the idea of work ethic and that new employees are very difficult to obtain so I'll try kung-fu again when mercury isn't in retrograde ?
Nice people, great milk tea. Convenient location just near i25.
Average for a Kung Fu Tea. Good product and good service. This one does carry some food items as well.

I’m a big bubble tea fan and finally went by one of their locations. Had the rose hip tea with boba, and I enjoyed it! A bit sweeter than I usually get but I love rose flavored drinks.
The customer service here is the worst, bar none. Tried visiting a couple of times, assuming maybe it's an off day or people are going through things. Unfortunately, it doesn't matter who is at the counter, they're all pretty miserable and the drinks suck. Would recommend the KFT in Aurora at Mississippi and Peoria instead.
My fiance and I go here easily about 7:00 p.m. at least once or twice a week then make the best mango slush and other variety of juice
Their boba is literally perfect! Not to hard not too chewy, just perfect. And the milk tea is so good
