We are from MD and were in CO for our son’s graduation. We ordered catering from KT’s for a grad party, and we could not have been happier! We found them through Google. The chicken and pulled pork were moist and delicious. The mac & cheese was a big hit! They included all sauces, rolls, utensils, etc. Overall, it was the perfect meal for a large number of people. If we ever have the occasion to need catering in CO in the future, we will be sure to go to KT’s.
Finally checked this place out and went back the next day cuz it was so good. I feel like all of the food is just really great quality wise
Pulled brisket sandwich had full smokey flavor but not much spice. Sweet classic sauce made up for it with a great tang, subtle smoke, & great kick at the end. Red skinned mashers were fluffy & tasty, classic slaw was refreshing. Corn bread was light crumbly yum. Don’t listen to the haters, this is good bbq!
Back in 2015-16 I ate here every Friday for lunch. I'd always get the June bowl? by far the best bbq I had while I lived in Denver and that says a lot coming from a southerner.
Good sandwich barbecue, I would guess it would be great on a bun with sauce and Cole slaw, as a stand alone plate not the best, brisket was mush and chewy( no bark), chicken was dry, ribs are chewy, beans more liquid than beans and Krogers has the same sauces in the store( king Soopers) Not worth the price to me. Dickies and Billy Sims fastfood barbecue is better than this. Going to have to step your game up KT.
I got the Hotlink sandwich Elvis style. It was tastey especially with the sauce they recommended me. I'll be coming back to this place with updates for the other items. Tastey. Fat man approved
I'm insulted these people have the audacity to call this barbecue. I'm appalled, in fact. Have the owners of this place ever seen a barbecue? Have they ever even visited the South? This is the kind of trash, yuppie restaurant that gives Denver a bad name. The brisket was soggy and flavorless. I had to drown it in sauce so I could at least taste SOMETHING. And don't get me started on the Mac and cheese. It was all Mac, no cheese. Kraft Mac and cheese out of the box would've been an upgrade. Hell, Walmart store brand Mac and cheese would've been an upgrade. No greens, no hush puppies, no red beans and rice. My side item choices were mac, coleslaw or baked beans. How dare these charlatans even associate their uninspired gruel with barbecue. They should be ashamed.Giving it two stars because the girl working the counter was sweet and KT seems like a lovely lady but someone needs to take her to a class or something and teach her how to cook.
Brisket tasted like water, old... the mashed potatoes were old, along with the Mac n cheese. Worst food I've ever had!
Brisket sandwich was ok.. needed sauce. The 3 sauces they offered tasted like they were made months ago. The Mac n cheese was so dry and bland, couldn't eat it.. watch your step when getting your drink almost rolled my ankle on the rugged terrain. Should of gone to Popeye's
