Short n sweet: THE BEST SPICY CHICKEN SANDWICH IN TOWN, HANDS DOWN! And...in my book, THE BEST BURGER I'VE EVER HAD!!!!!! So this place is a hit or miss for me. The first time we absolutely loved the burger. we ordered the goat cheese prosciutto Burger with garlic parm fries. We loved the burger but hated the fries it had no flavor.The chicken sandwich is the best and we did ordered it more than once and its our favorite.The second time we ordered the mushroom truffle burger and the chorizo queso, to me the rruffle burger was very bland and the mushrooms tasted old and I did not taste any truffle at all. I did not try the queso burger.we also ordered the nachos fries and had the same experience, no flavor.So im not sure whats going on with this place but if we go back I will update my review.Make sure to try the chicken sandwich, its very juicy and flavorful.
We got Nacho fries from here and oh my god weren't those the best. I mean amazing sauces and great toppings with guacamole and jalapenos. Nothing was left on the plate. I wish I had taken a picture. But will try other things on their menu next time. Definitely my fav from Avanti and great time and best roof top view and vibe. Must try when in Avanti.
The hot chicken sandwich was delicious. I liked the green hot sauce and the ranch Cole slaw. Dare to be different! I like your style.
I had the Smiley meal, & it definitely made me do so!!! It was very delicious, great tasting beef it pairs well with everything else on the Burger.My only complaint is that It was a tad too salty, maybe it was the fry sauce or Mayo so next time I’ll order without the Mayo but nevertheless a really good burger. I accidentally substituted for their garlic Parmesan fries but it was a happy ? accident, as they weren’t too garlicky nor too salty either, really good fries ?! .All in all, A great experience in a bustling collective restaurant setting with a lively atmosphere. I will definitely be back! I absolutely 100% recommend ??
If you are looking for an amazing burger, chicken sandwich, or veggie option, look no further! Knockabout Burgers delivers on all counts; everything was perfectly cooked and seasoned. They are doing it right!! Housemade, fresh and local. Not to mention the absolutely amazing view you get at Avanti!! If you haven't been, get out there!!!
Delicious fresh made to order. I would advise the cooks toss the fries in garlic butter to make the parmesan cheese stick better to the garlic parmesan fries. They just tasted like fries with parmesan cheese no garlic flavor.
The Knockabout team is great. Food is excellent every time and service is always prompt. I go out of my way to pick up some of the curry sweet potato fries. I’m not a plant based burger kind of guy but their mushroom truffle veggie burger is unreal. Whether you’re plant based or into beef, it hits the spot. Enjoy!
Chorizo Queso burger was excellent. Nice environment for food and drinks located in the Avanti food hall. Food was ready in about 10min on a Saturday afternoon.
Just when you thought you knew all burgers and fries, Knockabout grills up a twist with seasoning, (black truffle oil!) toppings, (goat cheese, honey balsamic!) and vegetarian options (Beyond Burger) that truly are better (environmentally and taste) for the vegetarians in our family ?. Big hit with the whole crew. Go for a milkshake when you’re feeling decadent. You won’t be disappointed!!!?
