As a self proclaimed connoisseur of tacos, I absolutely recommend Kike's. Best taco I've had in a long time
WOW. These are some tasty tacos, some of the better birria I've had in the Denver area. The tacos are crispy and full of flavor, the consome is rich, the meat is super juicy.I tried the quesatacos with consome and will definitely be returning soon to try the Torta and their ramen! Birria Ramen sounds like an absolute game changer.
Been wanting to try this food truck for sometime. Their website says you can order in advance but it was offline when I tried it on a Sunday. Drove down at get there at about 1230 with a small line. They had a sign up saying to try and speed up service, they are only offers if soft tacos and quesotacos on Sundays. Worked for me since I wanted the quesotaco combo. They said it would be about a 45 minute wait and they took my cell for a text. After running an error I came back to find a longer line with people being told it would be about an hour wait. I waited for them to call my name since I didn’t get a text (but there people did so maybe a mistake in getting my number). The quesotacos were delicious. Will be back for more.
Got there about 11:45 am on a Saturday which was apparently right on time because minutes later, the line was huge.Delicious tacos. The salsas were a lovely pair. Something about dipping the tacos made the experience that much more delightful too. My only regret is not ordering a coke with my tacos. That combination would be other worldly.
Really great staff and fast timing for how labor intensive the food is. The only issue was the over use of cinnamon in the seasoning. Not a bad addition but not that much to where it is a tinge sweet.
I would leave 6stars if I could. Really good food and extremely clean (almost home-made), rich ingredients (you can tell the meat is top-quality), and quick.Slight Warning: This place is so good that every time I came after 4pm it was closed because they sold out. So try to get there for lunch 1-3 and you’re good!
If you love Birria… This is the best in town. Nothing fancy, just a couple of picnic tables by the side of a food truck, but arguably some of the most authentic tacos in Denver.
? amazing. One of the best and most delicious meals I have had in Denver. Ordered a birria quesotaco and soft taco combo, which were tacos with onions and cilantro, consome, radishes, cucumber, three salsas, limes, and a charred jalapeno. Just next level. I would eat this meal every day, forever. 10/10
Definitely just try this place for their Birria Tacos. It is delicious and probably the only one here in Colorado that makes it right. The burrito was fantastic as well. It was juicy and flavorful. As it's a food truck expect to wait 20-45 minutes depending how busy it is as it gets busy fast. It is worth every penny to come here and test out there birria taco and burrito. The mulita is delicious definitely try that as well. The ramen is okay but everything else is delicious!
Their tacos with the consume is phenomenal. The birria ramen mwah! And the asada burrito whooo!
