This place smells like sewage extremely bad!!!!! The parking lot completely empty but drive thru still open. Dont go eat here. Will lose appetite the second you walk in. Health department needs to be contacted...
The poor staff is so over worked that the dining area doesn't get much attention.
Service was slow. Expensive menu (inflation). Potpie was dry and more crust than pie
We had been to the Movies and decided that an A&W Root Beer would be a perfect topper to the movie and our hot hike to the car. It did not disappoint! They were so Good and Refreshing!! Yummy! Ahh!

came here a few times, food is between good and okay. 3 occasions, they get my order wrong including my last visit. I order a 3 piece meal with coleslaw. not only is there no coleslaw, there isn't mash potatoes and gravy either. just 3 piece chicken, biscuit and a drink with no ice because they didn't tell me they didn't have ice before I pulled up to the window to pay. so if you're in drive-thru, check your bags before taking off. even though it's a simple order.
Made an order at 7pm came to pick it up at 7:28pm called the number for pick up and some rude "little" girl answers and just says we are closed and hangs up... call back since I already paid for my food she say "you can try to call customer service maybe they will refund you" and hangs up again
I never got my food in the drive thru, the help just shut down so everyone in line just left. It was the strangest thing I've ever had happen. I will never go back. Horrible
I grew up in the south Bronx. I've dealt with some very bad fast food over the past 38 years of my life. Not only is the food here abysmal, the service is straight up nasty. I was berated and cursed at by the employees after being served frozen food. This location turns into the laziest place in the world 2 hours before closing. They "run out of food" and serve sub par meals and charge full price. Today was my 3rd time and I was called an a hole for being fed up. I was asked why do I keep coming back if I keep getting my food messed up. I asked for a replacement of food and was refused. Consult pictures. Oh waited in the drive through for 10 minutes to get frozen food ...I also asked for an extra biscuit and honey.... not in there.... nasty people.
