No Stars Please! The day crew is ok, But do not go in the evening, service SUCKS and the crew don't know what they are doing! I had to go the next day to get my refund, so I did the survey. You get a free chicken sandwich for doing the survey, after having to give me my money back from a previous days order. Heard some employee named Rob (thank you to the other employee who called his name) refer to women as “b*****s” multiple times as I was standing and waiting to be helped. He also continued to say black in Spanish, as if he was referring to the beans… it was obvious he had an affinity for the word, and made me pretty uncomfortable. I came for chicken (that was pretty rough), not misogyny and racism.
Terrible customer service. Everybody hanging out in the back like it's a party back there. Would not recommend going inside.
Stopped here for a bite to eat . I ordered a 3 piece tender and got a 3 piece big box. I sat down to eat and wish I would've went elsewhere. The chicken was dry and over cooked. The biscuit was so dry that when I tried to break it open to eat it , it literally disintegrated in my hands and I had to dust crumb off myself. This is a restaurant that you bring someone to if you want to break up with them.
Dirtiest kfc I’ve ever seen. No one check on their employees or not ? Pretty big cooperate , Why no one care about their hygiene?
I would put 1 star but the younger kid in there was just fine, it's the manager that was on deck at 3:21pm on Friday, 25th of March. Guy just started screaming through the speaker, very rude. Kinda insane. The newer younger kid though was nice, and sweet. Deffenetlly would let him talk to the customers from now on.
I swear. I don't EVER WANT TO SEE THE INSIDE OF A KFC RESTAURANT AGAIN. I AM ABSOLUTELY LIVID AT THE FACT THAT THE DINING ROOM IS STILL CLOSED!! IT HAS BEEN 3 YEARS. HOW LONG DO WE HAVE TO WAIT?? WHAT ARE YOU AFRAID OF? WORK? TWO THINGS NEED TO HAPPEN-- 1- OPEN THE DINING ROOM OR 2-- CLOSE THE THIS PLACE FOR GOOD!! I am sorry. I don't understand this management.
If there is zero star, I will definitely put a zero. We bought a bucket of chicken wings for $ 20. It was super dry and hard. The wings are over cooked. I won’t recommend this place
I would give it zero stars if I could, and looking at other reviews I'd say that's accurate. Food quality was atrocious. Famous bowl was thrown together and drowned in gravy. The chicken in it couldn't even hold it's breading together and was grainy.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. When I asked for a refund, after they took 15 minutes to get my order wrong, they denied my refund, chased me out of the store, and then physically threatened me. I had to file a police report for violent threats against their manager.
