Serenity is amazing & kind, she gave me one of the best customer service interactions I’ve had in a LONG time! :) Fast Food is a tough job, a lot of that being “dealing with customers”. In this pandemic climate where everyone is short-staffed, it’s refreshing to have such amazing customer service knowing 9/10 customers are rude, grumpy, or even hostile. Keep shining your light, Serenity & the Fed. Heights Team!
Food was hot and fresh and the staff was super nice! The woman at the window (Thelma, I think) even gave me a treat for my dog!
The sauce on the chicken was so excellent I felt like I was gonna levitate and the Service is excellent
Terrible service.food was good. Screwed my order up twice in the same setting.
While ordering my food I felt like I was met with serious attitude. I feel like I asked a very common request of dark meat only. Instead of politely saying they couldn't fulfill request I was given a harsh "NO!" I as well felt I could have been told if you want dark meat only it will take X minutes. In a calm and polite manner. But this was not the case. I felt attacked. I eat at kfc all the time and have never had problems getting my requested dark meat only meal but NEVER had an employee yell "NO" at me.

Polite staff--the young lady at the drive thru was very polite. We enjoyed trying the vegan 6 piece Beyond nuggets. My first time ever eating at KFC.
KFC is by far the worse place to eat at,they should be shut down immediately. I went there yesterday to get dinner and today I woke up with salmonella. I've been throwing up all morning have diarrhea and all that all because this establishments employees don't cook their food long enough or take their job seriously. I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER CENT ON KFC. Who would have thought youd have to pay 30$ to get salmonella.
Ordered an 8 piece meal through grub hub. Received 6 small pieces in a large bucket along with potatoes and no gravy. Was told by the manager that to do anything I'd have to bring my receipt there tonight. After explaining why I paid so much more for delivery in the first place she said.... "I don't know." Nothing was done.Steer clear of this dump.
