Absolutely stellar. Best community in a kava bar that I've ever been to and super friendly staff/patrons. 10/5 stars
Staff was super friendly. I am a regular kava drinker and even the drink they recommend to newbies was too strong for me! They have fun events and a nice little community.

I went in for my first time today and was underwhelmed by the lack of ambience. I ordered the strongest and largest size of Kava. It was served ice cold in a small cup that wasn't full. There were no options to sweeten or warm it. Not what I was hoping for on a snowy day and for $13, I would expect more than ice cold and bitter kava in a plastic cup.
I've never really understood the appeal of kava. I'm glad it gives sober people a place to socialize without being surrounded by alcohol though.

Did not feel safe in the space. Would probably do better being run by hetero women. Too relaxing without real culture, too many weirdos.
The staff is super chill and knowledgeable about Kava. Nice atmosphere too.
The drinks were surprisingly tasty and it came pretty quick, but the order was missing items. I've had kava before and I feel like it would be more economical to buy and make your own rather than this but it's a fun idea if you've never had it before.
