I'm fairly new to this neighborhood and was looking for local Pho. It was a little late in the post-COVID world, so much was soon closing for the evening. None of the Pho specific restaurants were near enough and open late enough to be practical for me, so I was delighted to find this place which serves it, and a review of it which said it was their favorite in Denver.Google maps said they were open until 10, but when I arrived at 930, I was told the dining room was closed, but I could order to go. I live just a block and a half around the corner, so this was fine. I was given my meal in less than 10 minutes and went back home to heat it up.I was shocked when I opened the container. Where I expected to find raw eye-of-round beef I saw instead some unidentifiable gray matter. I still can't say what the meat was, possibly beef, but possibly pork too. It looked to be about half fat in it's content, whereas eye-of-round is one of the (if not the) leanest cut of beef there is. In addition, whatever this meat was, it was already cooked. The heat of the broth should be what cooks this meal.Given the hour and the fact that it was here and in front of me, I decided to put it together. Let me elaborate on the rest of the ingredients: the sprouts were brown, far from fresh; the noodles seemed alright; the basil was beginning to have black spots on it; the parsley was completely limp, the leaves disintegrated upon touching them; and two lonely slices of jalapeno.Putting it all together resulted in something completely inedible. The fatty, gray meat continued to cook down, leaving a layer of grease on the surface. I attempted to fish out the meat to just eat the broth, remembering that very little else was still open as alternative, at that point. I wasn't able to fish it all out, and the broth was just too greasy by then.Suffice it to say, this was by far the worst Phō I have ever been served. Surprising for a restaurant billing themselves as Asian-Fusion, to stumble so horrifically over what must be one of the simplest dishes to prepare correctly, and when done so, to be very good.

My absolute favorite Asian place in the city! I honestly want to try everything on the menu. Especially if you want pho. This is the absolute best most incredible pho I’ve had in Colorado. So much so I find it really difficult to order anything else but everything else I’ve had is still impeccable.Perfect first date spot, perfect anything spot.

People seem to love this spot but I’m not sure why. They have nothing spicy. I love spicy so probably biased. The ambiance is very nice. The flavors aren’t super deep. They used to have a great bento box for lunch which would have jumped this spot to a 4 but that’s gone now sadly. It’s also not really Chinese or Thai or anything specific. Just a melting pot of general Asian flavors.

Favorite spot in Denver! The food is super good, the portions are generous, prices are fair, and the two guys that run the place are very nice. The pad thai, drunken noodles, and Pho are my favorite dishes, but I've never been disappointed with anything that I've ordered. Reasonably priced alcohol menu as well. Support local business and give this place a try, you won't regret it.

Was slightly underwhelming based on the really high reviews. Feel like I'm missing something. Food was ok, but the interior could use some work. I don't mind hole in the wall places, but typically expect to receive really unique / flavorful food or really good value in cases like that. I didn't feel like this met either of those standards.

Great for takeout but try the cocktails on the menu... they come in fun mugs

Probably South Broadway's best dining experience. The atmosphere is delightful, with dim lighting and fantastic music, and the menu spans several Asian countries and cultures, as well as creating new hybrids and amalgamations. DAMN FANTASTIC!

Nice place and good service, but the green curry was one of the worst I’ve ever had. The tofu was all slimy with cornstarch and the curry itself lacked flavor and was a bizarre texture—almost gluey. My friend got the Panang curry which was even worse. Other stuff might be good but i would definitely recommend avoiding the curries.

Tried it 2 times but won't go back. Only gave it a 2nd chance since I live so close but it's not worth it.Wonton soup tasted like they spilled sugar in it. Couldn't finish it because it tasted so strangely sweet.Drunken noodles were bad.Singapore noodle special did not have much flavor beyond oil/grease and the pork in it tasted like it had been microwaved multiple times and was so chewy nobody ate it.Honey shrimp special was like a lame salad with some shrimp on top covered in coconut milk. Not sure why that's $15.Pineapple curry from here was ok and the best thing we tried.1 star in any other city with decent Chinese food. 2 stars because there are low standards in this city which is probably why the rating is so high
