Came here looking for some good hearty soup. I was pleased to see they have diet friendly options because it just makes ya feel better to put good things in your body! I got the "warm" chicken and rice soup, the "cozy" chicken and dumpling soup and a $5 piece of bread. This ran me about $25. The room was cute but considering it was peak lunch hour the place was nearly empty and now I know why. The food tasted bad. The "cozy" was exceptionally bland. My boyfriend lost his appetite at how bland and mushy it was but in the spirit of not wasting food I doctored it up by putting some Dave's hot chicken in it and proceeded to consume some of it which was still unpleasant. I'd like to see some proof that Guy Fieri ever tried this dish because it tasted like a mistake with chicken cubes, bread like mush and crunchy carrot chunks, . The chicken and rice soup looks like turmeric and tastes like turmeric. I'm glad I have some Indian spices at home so I can hopefully not just throw it in the trash. I just took a covid test yesterday and it came out negative. I've been enjoying wonderful flavors from around the world in Los Angeles this past week and having this as my first meal back in Denver was sorely disappointing. If you're looking for delicious healthy food, go to True Food Kitchen. This is just not it. I'm not sure if the recipes are really this bad or if it's just a quality control issue but at this rate they'll need to raise their flavor standards to stay afloat. On top of all this it took about 15 min to deliver us to-go soup. Pictured below is the $5 piece of bread. My hands are about the size of a 12 year old child.

We saw this place on an episode of Diners, Drive-ins and Dive and got really excited it existed. Finally got to go in yesterday with my husband, 3 year old and 5 year old who are all allergic to dairy and boy were we happy! The staff was super patient and helpful. They made excellent recommendations and even made sure my 3 year old understood that the quesadilla was safe for her to eat. It was such a great experience and then food was delicious as well! Definitely will be going back!

Visiting for a month or so.. stopped in here twice in one week. I’m allergic to soy, cows milk, almonds, and have a sensitivity to gluten. It is VERY hard to eat out at a restaurant especially because soy is in everything these days. It was a real treat to have a bunch of options on the menu to choose from and not worrying about getting sick after.I dined in both times. The first time I got the “cozy” and the second time I got “crave.” Both of them equally delicious. Since I was so happy with the food, I ended up going back up to the register for dessert. I got a cinnamon muffin (im not a huge fan of cinnamon but this is to die for.. kind of like a mini cinnamon bun) and I got my roommate the brownie. He said it was also very delicious. When I went back the second time, I insisted on getting another muffin because they were so good!!If I lived in the area, I’d probably make this my weekly stop!

I ordered the pork green chili, a brownie and a lavender lemonade. I thought the pork green chili came with a tortilla but I was given some type of bread blob filled with seeds. The bread blob was okay but not what I ordered. The green chili was EXTREMELY salty. Like way too salty. coming from someone who probably almost always over salts their dishes, this was an unpleasant surprise. The brownie and the lemonade were delicious, both redeemed the experience overall. Definitely overpriced for what I got but it was a nice treat to be able to order out with a restrictive diet.

Fantastic! Was on Whole30 diet and they have a whole menu for me. The Cozy (chicken and dumplings sans the dumplings part - with your choice of extra veggie or chicken) was delicious! So many options, adorable restaurant, friendly staff, fast lunch service. Can’t wait to come back and try the Compassion bowl next!

Speechless. Stunned. Absolutely enthralled. If heaven exists, this would be its kitchen. The light, airy ambiance of positivity and love (made very much alive by the staff) is enough in and of itself to turn anyone's day into a good one. If your not smiling when you walk in, you definitely will leave with one.As first timers, we ordered orange juice, the Wonder bowl, their Hunger biscuits & gravy, with sides of sweet potato hash and bacon. The orange juice was *divine*..! The Wonder was like a little bowl of foraged heaven. The Hunger was unlike any b&g we've ever experienced..... ? And that hash...mmmm! I cannot put into words how phenomenal the flavors in everything was!!! Each chew brought out more flavor layers. Sweet potato was not *just* sweet potato. Those mushroom came to life with each bite. Seriously.....in love. Much thanks to the owner/creator(s) & team for such a lovely experience. I'll be dreaming of this meal for quite a while...

CONSISTENTLY THE WORST SERVICE I’VE EVER HAD! Due to food allergies, I have very few restaurants that I can eat at. The only reason they even deserve a star is because the food is delicious. The service however is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! And to make matters worse, they started an automatic gratuity of 15% on in person and takeout orders- I have to wait in line to place my order, I have to get my own beverages, set my own table, and bus my own table- all they do is make the food and take your order when they aren’t too busy standing around chatting with each other. I’ve been spending hundreds of dollars here every month, and 75% of the time I have to wait at the counter for almost 10 minutes before anyone who works there will even acknowledge my presence! Twice now they’ve been out of water and even though I notify them, they take 20+ mins to refill it. I’m almost done with my meal by the time I can have anything to drink. The other day I waited 10 mins just to get a napkin! Today, my friend went to pick up our pickup our order and after ringing the doorbell at their pickup window at the time the website said the food should be ready, he waited for several minutes before finally going inside to ask them where the order was. They were standing around talking, said they never heard the doorbell and hadn’t even processed the order! I have had plenty more poor experiences, but this complaint is long enough. I keep giving this restaurant chances, and they continue to let me down- every time. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

UPDATED: Per owner's response, I've changed to 4 stars as I thought it over. A good point about asking at the time -- however they were pretty busy and it took awhile to get our food, so we weren't willing to wait longer to have things fixed (especially with 2 little ones). ---------We were really looking forward to a restaurant that catered to people with restrictive diets, since it is so hard to go out to eat if you’re on one. Our kids got the basic breakfast plate with bacon, egg and a sweet potato “hash”. They loved the bacon and egg. I got “Hunger”, the biscuits and gravy (with “hash”), which was dense and heavy and not very exciting. My husband ordered the “Crave” burger (with “hash”). This sweet potato hash on all our plates was burnt, but also not cooked through. Eating raw potato just doesn’t taste good, and was devoid of any seasoning. It’s difficult to mess up fried or sautéed potatoes, but they managed to do that. My husband liked his burger, though there were too many seeds in the bun for him to really enjoy it. Things weren’t seasoned well, but maybe that’s to be cautious of people’s diets. The space had a very feminine, positive look/feel/decor which I liked. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful about answering questions. It seemed clean and we appreciated that staff were wearing masks. Parking can be a challenge.

Looked for GF breakfast and clearly didn’t read all the reviews bc this place is 100% gluten free! The first question we were asked was about potential allergy concerns ? Also recommend the blend of almond/coconut milk with any morning drink you get - so good! The only drawback is the price but it’s worth it for the thoughtful meals and big portions. Will definitely be back!

As someone who can’t have wheat, dairy, or eggs, I was thrilled with their gf biscuits and mushroom gravy. So delicious!!
