I stood there for 10 minutes without being greeted and when the young man was ready to take my order, he just stood there staring at me and didn’t say a word. After I placed my order, the manager was literally throwing dishes into the sink from across the room and slamming the blenders on the counter and being really aggressive. She was extremely rude to me, even screamed at me in front of at least 6 other patrons and threw my smoothie away before kicking me out of the store for telling her she’s extremely rude.. I guess I’m never allowed back into this Jamba again but that’s ok because I will NEVER shop at this store again. Not after being treated like that by the manager. She has zero professionalism and seems to have quite the temper. Stay far far away from this dirty, slow and rude Jamba unless you like being screamed at by the staff.
Emily is extremely rude! At first she was nice, but when I called back she was curt and when I asked to speak to the manager, Caleb, she said no and only after talking some more did she explain that he had left. I had only called to inquire if they did in fact process my refund since I waited two hours for my food and didn’t get it. She then complained about my order and once I said okay, she hung up on me. I used all of my rewards on these orders and now I can’t even know if they’ll give them back to me. The only reason I didn’t put one star is because when I spoke to Caleb, he was actually very nice. I don’t know what happened between the first and second time I spoke with Emily, but I really don’t appreciate her tone and attitude. Seriously, extremely rude!!
The younger kid helping my husband and I was very distracted. Both orders were supposed to have whey protein and when one of the smoothies was done, fairly clearly without whey protein (added protein creates more volume and the smoothie is larger) the kid assured me it was what I ordered. My husband's smoothie clearly HAD the whey protein as it was the larger size, thicker and tasted right. So if you're gonna go here you're gonna have to micromanage your order if you want it to be right. Was gonna stop back by and complain and try to get it fixed after running an errand but they were already closed. This was clearly a case of distraction as a friend of this employee walked in while we were ordering and something was clearly going on between these two that they didn't want the manager to know about.
I’ve been to this location once before and had a great experience with the young lady who was working. However this time, I wanted to order a smoothie bowl in which the blonde girl making the smoothies told the girl at the counter that “we don’t have the fresh fruit. It’s just not cut”. I understand that it’s busy, but maybe do your job at the bare minimum and just cut the fruit?
Helped by a gal with blue hair on a busy Saturday afternoon… I think she was completely alone!! But she was calm, cool and collected and still got my order out promptly. Thank you!
Do not order from here they forget items and then send you a receipt that says call store if something go wrong and the store never pick the phone up!!! So you never get your money back it’s stealing to be honest
Not sure what is going on here but the staff is miserable. It's a sad experience to walk in this place. The two miserable employees did make my smoothie and twist just fine (hence the 2 star review) but the place looks really neglected. Several months back when I walked in the one person who was there said they were closed even though it was during open hours; I looked at the hours on the door then saw that the staff person had gone back to looking at their phone. Guess they didn't want to be bothered. What a mess. Management or ownership needs to fix this place.
This location is seriously neglected. I frequent Jamba locations all over the Denver Metro Area and this is the dirtiest, most beat up one I have been to. They are seriously understaffed and it even seems like the location was broken into with a wooden board covering the front door. A woman even had to leave without her mobile order because it wasn’t ready and she didn’t have time to wait as a long line started forming with a new trainee. I don’t blame staff, it’s probably a bigger picture issue with higher ups and management. But it’s so disappointing to see at a great Denver location. Malik made the experience much more enjoyable, he put time and effort into making sure my order was right and the one star is for his efforts only.
Went for the first time and the workers are great, but like most other reviews the location needs some attention. They had 1 working blender today.
I ordered one smoothie on Uber Eats at 12:33pm and once my delivery driver got to the store, he called me back saying the employee working told him he wouldn’t be making my single smoothie order for around an hour. He told me he was canceling his delivery and that I should call the store. I called this location multiple times with no answer. I had 3 drivers attempt to pick up my order before I received it. When I did it was warm, bland, and overall unpleasant. I couldn’t taste a single fruit it was supposed to be made with present my smoothie. It was also packaged in a strange paper solo cup. I read reviews about this location being severely neglected, apparently so much that they don’t even have proper cups to serve their product in.If you can’t accommodate Uber Eats orders at this location, turn off the app or something.
