Great customer service! There was only one worker there when I went but they were incredibly helpful and welcoming! The family in front of me (clearly not from the area) had a lot of questions and they were very patient in answering them. And of course, the smoothie was delicious!
I'm sorry but you close too early for us. We are always down there after 5pm for a movie, after a run, or after the gym when we want a smoothie. I guess smoothies are day time snacks, but this has frustrated us many many times.
Popped in for a smoothie for lunch. Great product (as always); staff was friendly, funny and happy to chat. Good experience.

One employee on a Saturday morning??! The owner is clearly not trying to make money. You literally have business walking out and at the same time, you have a stressed out employee. This is why businesses go under or don't do well. Keeping a store properly staffed during the right business hours are just fundamental.
There’s literally only one person and they’re literally trying their best. I hate all the negative replies. They deserve more support. Management should be ashamed for either not 1. Hiring more people 2. Closing down the building if they can’t find people to support.Cause one person working is sad
This location is super dirty! I’ve seen fruit left on the counter unrefrigerated that was previously used to prior shakes. There was only one person working when I went. She briefly “washed” her hands and had her hands full of soap as she was making my drink. It was disgusting. I’ve never been to such an unkept JB. ?
Good when you can get it. Been in 4 times and every time no one is working or there is one person who is understandably disgruntled. Slowest place ever, dirty and seems to be in desperate need of new management! One time a woman working there told me that they would be lucky if she didn't walk out by 3 and leave it. Please someone do something! I love smoothies and live right here!
