As a delivery driver for any third party your wait time could be 30min to an hour. It seems they only prioritize their drive-thru. It took a customer ten or more minutes to be seen at the counter. As a driver you should definitely GO THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU
The little girl who’s been taking orders in the evening has a disgusting attitude and should definitely be fired already! She’s rude, beyond unprofessional, and just plain out disrespectful. She should not be the voice of your company! Go's to show you guys just hire anyone apparently!

Seriously I order one thing and you make me park every time I come here!! I’ve been sitting here for an hour and people that ordered way after me and getting their order, you little kids need to find a different job cause obviously putting a sandwich together isn’t it!
Just another fast food place where its impossible to buy a milkshake after 11pm.Why don’t they clean the machine during breakfast hours? Its not like Jack In the Box is busy making fresh food
Definitely has a variety of breakfast! Love the mini pancakes for the kiddos! ?They have breakfast and lunch all day and they also have amazing egg rolls and chicken bowls!!
We went in here today at about 11:45 and stood at the counter(front register) for 15 minutes and we weren't greeted, we kept getting walked right by so we decided to go to Wendys instead and à we were walking out I said great customer service and the lady looked at us and did nothing.
They do there Jobs Well. I like goin there to eat an Doordash.. I go pick up a order they have it ready or a few minutes to being Ready. BiG Man the Manager don't play. I really like the atmosphere, The other customers there that come are cool too.. I never feel unwelcome. To be honest. So the building my be Blessed.. ????
On April 14th, pulled in to be told they can only do cash. Sat in the drive thru behind four other cars waiting to exit, saw the car in front of me pay with their card. Go to the Wendy’s just south instead, never had that kind of issue there.
The place smelt like sewage that away should have told me to not eat there but still gave a shot and ordered tacos and ended up getting food poisoning never coming back to this jack in the box again
