As an Asian and frequent sushi eater, this place must be run by someone who knows how to use and cook sushi rice. As far as I know, rice comes first when you talk about sushi. This place knows how to represent Asian dining experience and taste. Had very very good time there with my wife and definitely come again when I am in town.

Out of the things we ordered the White Dragon roll was pretty good, the combination of flavors is just spot on. But the Patagonia red shrimp was the best shrimp I have even had in my entire life. Overall fish quality was very high.

Best sushi in town! Steve at the bar is always the best. It’s been nice having the bar seating as part of the wait so we don’t have to fend off people just waiting for drinks. Love the open air upstairs bar. Get the Spicy Aburi Salmon belly & the banana cream pie. Never disappoints

This is a beautiful place. Great vibe and the best freshest sushi in Denver

The food was excellent. Miso soup was delicious. We had several sushi rolls, all w were yummy. Friendly service. It’s a very clean restaurant.

It's the best!! highly recommend it

I have been going here for years. Not sure how this place is not rated 5 stars. This is the freshest best quality of fish you will find in all of Colorado and perhaps even the west coast. It is flown in from the market where the owners brother lives in Japan. Can’t get any better than that. The service is quality and the ambiance is incredible, especially in the summer when the rooftop is open.

I have eaten here twice and both times the food was immaculate! I wanted to order one of everything on their menu but alas, I cannot possibly eat it all. You can't go wrong with the catch of the day sashimi/sushi options. The lobster tempura alone is worth being a last meal. Can't get started on discussing the main plates because I wouldn't be able to shut up about how I could eat them every day. It is a bit costly (especially when you order 5 different things because you can't decide) but absolutely worth it for a special treat. Make sure you have reservations so you don't stand in line for a decade to get in!

Do not miss this place if you are into sushi, their sushi is delicious and they also have a lot of vegan options. The drinks menu is a lot and can confuse people, just ask the waiter for suggestions. We had to stand in line for a long time before we were seated. They open early in the evening around 4PM and I suggest people to queue up if they want to get a spot.

Considered one of the best sushi places in Denver. After our visit we can see why. The menu selection and quality of the food were excellent. We all tried a selection of different things and one was better than the next. The restaurant is very large with an second level and recently breaking through to the restaurant next door enlarging the space. The service had a lot to be desired with a wait staff that was short on assistance and lacking friendly interaction. They are very popular so highly recommend reservations. There are always lines outside waiting to get in so be prepared.
