WOW... if you have not tried one of these pies you are truly missing out. I went to the local Heinie's market, Full intentions to purchase a different brand. Someone from Hinman pie was there said "my pies are better". So I tried one. To my surprise he was correct. I have since been back recently, purchased the "green chili pie" out of this world. The cherry fruit pie was one of the best I've ever tasted. Only thing better comes out of my kitchen. Finally, some quality food with quality ingredients. Thank you!
Huge fan of Hinman Pies. If you are on the south side of Denver - go to the Emporium in Castle Rock - the pies are in the Sweetie Pie area of the gallery. John, Thank you for making epically great pies!
I had the great pleasure of receiving two Hinman pies, cherry and apple, for my birthday. Absolutely 100% delicious! These are some of the best pies I have had in 20 years. Seriously good stuff. Keep up the good work! I will be back.

I experienced Hinman hand pies today for the very first time! I picked them up at our local Farmer’s Market. They were awesome! Not too sweet…..just right and the crust was buttery and perfect!! My family enjoyed them and we will be returning customers!
Goodness, after trying most of the bakeries in and around Denver, we landed at Hinman’s. This quaint little operation puts out a mean blueberry pie. We also bought the peach pie and it was delicious, too. We will be back for more!! Can’t wait to try their holiday flavors. Keep up the great baking!! ??
Absolutely delightful find. We will definitely be getting more. The pork green chilli was awesome. The blueberry hand pie made a perfect hotel breakfast.
