Todays visit was absolutely lame! Ordered large fries and what I received was basically mashed potatoes in a bag. Inside of the bag was a ball of soft and soggy Wild Fries. Inside of The Mac and cheese cup was a ball of sticky noodles with no cheese. Id like to see some consistency amongst management. This location typically takes more pride in the presentation and quality of their food.

Decent food really liked it all but the parking lot was a nightmare for the drive thru other than that highly recommend!!

They are always consistent, those good times is a cool location especially at night , lots of people and things to do near by and they are open for the night life on Colfax and downtown area so really convenient and good food , with a lot to select from

So we Doordashed the meal and decided to try Good Times as we have never been there. It was an okay Burger. Not to dry and not to moist. Can't really say I'd go again but might try it one more time without Doordashing to see if it is any better. But, nothing really stood out about this restaurant.

As a delivery driver you have to hop in line as if your placing order. The wait time could be 20min to an hour though the order is prepared at the 2nd ready too go..... honestly unacceptable.... I'm not ordering food wasn't thinking about ordering food and the orders ready to go I could see them tagged through the window..... do better for delivery orders. I'm betting alot of orders get canceled can you guess why?

Honestly, it deserves the five stars (at least for this location) staff was super fun friendly, service was quick and the quality of my food was amazing. Got the #1 with a small peanut butter shake and the green chili cheese fries. Everything was amazing. I recently went to Texas to finally try what a burger, and this place smacks it out the water!! Just as good as in and out if not better! Gotta try the whole menu while I'm here! Lol

Person taking my order was extremely rude. Would barely let me get out a word before making a sarcastic comment about whatever I ordered. So I told them I wasn't paying for food delivered with a hateful attitude and had to go somewhere else to eat. Truly can't believe how some people treat fellow human beings. I have worked crummy jobs just like this, and I treated people with basic respect. Pathetic.

Honestly i don't know about other good times...but this one is good. My favorite fast food burger and more affordable than most. Always fresh, fast and delicious

It was getting late, which unfortunately now means just after 9pm, so my food choices were becoming limited.--side note: I long for the days when on a Saturday night at 10pm or even later, one could easily find a local eatery which was open and serving food. This post-COVID, app-delivery, social-avoidance world sucks on so many levels, being relagted to chain and fast food options being one of them.--After visiting three local venues along Capitol Hill's East Colfax Corridor, and bring told in each of them the kitchen had just closed, I surrendered to Good Times Burgers & Frozen Custard. This decision was mostly due to the fact I had never been to one before and I noticed they had a walk-up window in addition to a drive-thru. A rather progressive touch, I thought.I was greeted by the person working the window with "it'll be at least 10 minutes, just so you know." Good information, though less than a good welcome. After very little consideration, I opted for a Patty Melt, as it was their featured menu item if the moment. It was indeed 10+ minutes and what I was given had very little resemblance to what was pictured on the signage touting this featured item. One of which heralded "toast above and toast below" though the vestages of what might have been toast very briefly at one point, were too soft, spongy, and grease laden to be considered that when I received it.Too, it stuck me as I was waiting for my meal, I hadn't even noticed the menus that listed they're Frozen Custard items, and they were quite numerous and varied. I almost went back up to the walk-up window and ordered an espresso frozen custard of some ilk, but recalled the forewarning of the wait, and thought better of it. This menu item could have been a plus, if only by virtue of it not too likely to have been a minus when compared to the sandwich of which I able to eat half. The extra star is for the walk-up window. Catering to and being of service to those who choose to get out of their cars is worth at least a star.

Where do I begin… I used to love this location HOWEVER it has really gone down hill. Service horrific, food atrocious, and AGAIN service cataclysmic. I took one bite ONE and had to throw it out to my dog and he wouldn’t even eat it. Never coming back.
