I met some friends here to enjoy some classic Italian dinner. Wow. The place was like walking back into time. It had a very interesting vibe more like a pool hall or bar than Italian restaurant. The food was great! Classic Italian food at great prices.
“The G Spot” is THE spot to get a white pie. The Tiscanni is excellent. So cheesy with the right amount of sausage and peppers!
Came here for trivia night at an old school Italian place on Broadway. Bartender was great and attentive. They had some good beer options. We only had apps. The fried mushrooms and garlic knots were excellent. We ended up winning at trivia, so we will be back to use the gift card.
My family has been dining at Gennaro’s my whole life. I just want to give compliments to the chef tonight. The fried mushrooms are one of the best things I’ve ever eaten in my life!! The pizza was also superb. I couldn’t find a place on Slice to leave a review (even tho I’m hesitant to let this masterpiece secret get out for fear they will change under high demand.) But whomever the chef was tonight—I’m dreaming about the mushrooms. They were exquisite! Can you pass along this message to the chef and current owners? Friday night delivery has never been so good! ❤️
Just had the worst chicken parm. Bread was as rock solid as can be and there was legit no chicken on the sandwich. No sauce or anything. Ate everything on my plate and going out to eat right after. Waitress was super nice tho.
Gennaro's is such a hidden gem. It looks like a regular dive bar but it has some of the best Italian food in Englewood. We always enjoy going here for the good service, good food, and good vibes

Great food! And the bartenders know how to make a good drink! I’m a Denver native and it has been there as long as I can remember. Definitely support the restaurants and business that grew Denver to what it is now! Hope it’s around for another 70+
Just went in for a couple of drinks. It's a small local joint but it was nice. The staff was friendly. Nothing too fancy but not a dive either.
Ordered pizza online for pick up. They got the size and the sauce wrong. My friends called them, drove back and waited for them to fix it, they got the sauce right that time but removed the two toppings selected when initially ordered. When I called, the lady server blamed their mess up on my friends who called earlier to alert them of the mistake. Rather than trying to correct the poor service, she decided to blame the customers - what a way to make a client’s night and have bunch of food wasted.
