The pizza was ok but we had such a weird experience. This was our first time ordering from The Garlic Knot and we wanted to try one of their specials: Free Caesar Salad with any Large Pizza. Ok, no problem I call and the guy takes my order for delivery, tells me it’s $27 (not including tip) which was a bit pricey in my opinion but we figured NY style pizza and what the heck. The pizza was delivered but no Caesar salad. When I called the store, the girl who picked up, told me that that coupon can only be redeemed in the store and that my order was correct - it cost $27 for a large pepperoni pie. What I wasn’t told was they used Doordash to deliver my order and the fees stacked up on top of the cost of the pizza ($16-17) came to $27.The thing I really don’t understand is why they didn’t give me a salad. The coupon never says this has to be used in-store only.I would have given 1-Star but the pizza wasn’t that bad.
Great flavor. I like the pizza and calzones. I love the garlic knots of course. I do get a headache after though so we don’t eat there all the time.
Great to grab a quick slice while doing laundry. Staff is always friendly. Food is consistently great. Pick up and delivery, I've never got a bad order.
Love love love this place. Maria is the best. The pizza is good. My son will only get the wings when he wants some. He won't go anywhere else. I'd tell any and everyone...go to garlic knot. Great food. Good prices. Friendly staff. Everything is made fresh and u can see into the kitchen. They have nothing to hide!!!! Love u guys
While I can’t comment on the food itself, this location consistently accepts Door Dash orders when they’re busy, resulting in us Dashers losing money waiting for them to prepare orders. The staff is friendly. Please do not accept door dash orders if you can’t fulfill them on time as it’s a bad customer experience and costs dashers money waiting.
The best NY style pizza in Denver! And I’m from Brooklyn! My go to for the last 4 years, and they NEVER disappoint! Always delicious and always great service! I’m gonna miss this place when I move ?
My family and I where excited to try this place, out so we looked over the menu for delivery as we imagined sinking our k9's through hot fresh dough with all the fixtures. We decided on the typical pepperoni with vegetables and a side of cheese sticks. After placing my order, I did like normal people do "forget about it" in hopes that it arrives sooner then expected. Before you know it my stomach and crying kids reminded me how hungry we all where so I decided to check on how long its been.... 1hr 20mnin no pizza. Not only did we not receive our order this establishment made zero efforts in making it right. Do yourself a favor just order dominoes
The pretty dark haired girl behind the counter is very nice and quick to help me out with my order, the food is GOOD, I've been eating garlic y knot's since the first one was open out by the chatfield reservoir area on rampart range, but now they cut and measure the stromboli, this is NOT to My liking, the original used to make them by order, and fresh, now you only get one choice of toppings and it's pre cut.The stromboli however,is rather good, and comes with a BIG serving marinara sauce, really yummy to dip the stromboli in.Prices have went UP, significantly, and they're in need of updating the menu board on the wall in the store.
Garlic Knot Pizza is incredible, but this location is below average with service some days.I picked up a pizza here a month ago and had to ask for the coin part of my change back, which I thought was weird. I was planning on tipping a couple bucks because I thought the staff was friendly and a customer waiting next to me was being a jerk. But if I have to ask for my change back after payment, then I’m not going to offer you more as a “thank you” for good service. I was also told 15 min on the order and it took 30. Not a big deal, but would be nice to be told closer to actual time upfront.Last night we ordered delivery, which came through DoorDash and it was here in 30 minutes. Incredible! The pizza is great. We go to this location about 50% of the time, so this is more of a review of Garlic Knot pizza in general. We really enjoy the classic style pies, but have recently branched out and tried the White Pizza and the Grandma Pizza. The White Pizza is better than others I’ve had (although not as good as Frank Pepe’s White Clam Pizza in New England- look it up) and has a very nice flavor with the ricotta and mozzarella and tomatoes. We like to add mushrooms and sun dried tomatoes… sometimes onion and sausage as well, since their sausage isn’t too heavy. We tried the Grandma Pizza last night finally and it was long overdue. Sauce is on top and is delicious. We will definitely be ordering that again. We also love the Garlic Knots. They are buttery, chewy, garlicky, spots of caramelization and served with their delicious marinara sauce. We order a 10pc every time.We also recently tried the sausage “roll.” What we got looked way more like a calzone than a roll. It also wasn’t cut… maybe that’s normal? It was okay… not bad, but we won’t order it again. I would rather have more garlic knots.
This the best Garlic Knot! Made my Cheese Raviloi exactly the way I like it. Tried 2 other Garlic Knots in Lakewood and Littleton but this Garlic Knot on Parker Rd is the absolute best. Wait time was 5 min we will definitely be back
