My sister amd I had gone there for lunch, and we ordered some food for us and some freinds. once we arrived @ our destination the order was all wrong 'we tried desperately to get a hold of the management but to no avail it did not happen. Then when we did the manager Sébastien made everything ok he went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and to make everything all right this young man was absolutely phenomenal in his professionalism!!we will definitely be going back because of his service!
This was a huge disappointment. We were looking for a bite to eat after a day of travel, and the cashier told us it would be 20-25 minutes for our food. At 30 minutes, we checked in and were told the kitchen had "lost our ticket." After 45 minutes, we finally got our food. We asked to speak with the manager, who said that the restaurant's policy is "no credits or refunds if the food is eventually served." We received some coupons for a couple free entrees (after buying four entrees), which really does us no good as we don't live anywhere near this restaurant.
This used to be one of our favorite spots. Food was reasonably priced, atmosphere was generally good, staff was usually friendly and helpful and the drinks were pretty amazing. However, we have watched it slowly go downhill. Food is now served cold, old and hard, staff is less than welcoming and the atmosphere is hum drum. Hope the upper management can get a hold of it before it is too late.
Great place to visit, the food and drinks are fantastic very nice surrounding outdoor patio and lots of indoor space and enough TV's for everyone to enjoy, try Fuzzy's I guarantee you'll be back, great customer service as well keep up the good work you guys...????
Dislike this place, but the pare the love it. Hope management gets to caring or something else because food is just so so, and Luke warm. I had fajitas once, and then pork tamale plate. If I wasn't driving the food might taste better if I was drinking.!
Am I the only one who likes his eggs with like salt and pepper? Not unseasoned. The hot sauce is ketchup, so, also know that. They do have margaritas/beer and the brisket isn't terrible. Staff is really nice. But unseasoned eggs? At a "Mexican" restaurant? Just doesn't make sense to me personally.
This was my 1st visit here. I brought my mom and an older friend. The cashier where you ordered at was no help. I let him know that it was our 1st time there. His response was "OK. Let me know when you are ready." My mom asked a question about the 2 taco plate. He said yup 2 tacos and 2 sides. She did go back and change her order when my daughter pointed out to the other person we brought where the sides were listed at on the menu. The employee was zero help with the menu other than to say that the spicy pork is not very spicy. Now the good in general was very good. The garlic sauce on the nachos is so creamy and yummy. You definitely taste the garlic. The chips were also thin yet crispy. They stayed pretty crisp even to the bottom of the plate. Would I come back? Yes. At least I understand the menu more.
Worst "Mexican" food I think I've ever had! I got enchiladas and fried avocado taco plate. The taco plate had NO flavor other than an over abundance of cilantro. My friend who got a fire roasted shrimp taco and a mahi-mahi taco said the same thing. The so called enchiladas were the WORST!!! the red sauce was gross and the key to enchiladas, the cheese, was non-existent! There was basically a tortilla with a very small amount of cheddar cheese that was hardly melted smothered in a horrible sauce. Apparently they don't use what most would consider red enchilada sauce and don't realize enchiladas are FILLED with yummy gooey cheese. Just terrible. If you don't want to make enchiladas cus you're a "taco" place, take them off the menu and focus on making tacos that are actually good.We spent $54 there and even before eating anything couldn't believe such a small quantity of food cost that much... I even said " this better be the best Mexican food I've ever had for this to cost that much!" And it wasn't even close! After experiencing the poor quality o was REALLY floored at the cost.NOT WORTH EVEN HALF WHAT WE PAID!!! TERRIBLE FOOD THAT COSTS MORE THAN SOME OF THE BEST PLACES I'VE GONE!!!YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!Oh, and btw although Google says they deliver, they do NOT! Just like most anywhere they offer Door Dash and others, by they do not deliver.
Long story short, I became very ill and vomited all evening long after visiting Fuzzys for happy hour. I noticed that the food was Luke warm temperature at best, but didn't think much of it due to being hungry. Probably won't return to this location.
The tacos are quite pricy. $3.50+ per taco. Really? The shredded chicken was quite dry and flavorless. The lady who took the order was nice enough, but overall the quality of food was not impressive.
