I love Freddy's.I was so happy we had a Freddy's so close by. Went there for lunch it was busy, my food was cold, hot dog was not cooked all the way, fries were cold, my burger wasn't a burger it was like a shell with no meat in it Nasty!Not so good experience for me. Have not been back to this Freddy's. ?
I’ve been there three times and the place is filthy every time. This time I got a burger in the drive through and it looked like the box with the burger in it had been dropped. The burger was not recognizable. The two stars are for when I took it back in they made me a new one fresh and hot and gave me another order of hot fries. I will not return until it’s clean.
We ordered at 740pm 2 kids meals and 2 fry sauce lemonade with more ice than juice. We were in drive through for 27 minutes , we got cold food - stale fries - 19 fry sauces on top of the food - large drinks and ripped bag. Worst experience and taste from Freddy’s . Won’t ever go back there or suggest it again .
Food is great, shakes are good too. Staff is eager to please and ensure your order is right. Store is clean and very well taken care of.
Ordered a cone earlier today and what I got is hard to describe. A cone with-in a cone and the inside cone (still wrapped in paper) clearly had the top eaten off (I saw teeth marks)… so bizarre and disturbing. I’m posting a photo as well. I’ll never eat here again.
The counter service was friendly and quick. The recommended #3 was right on target (Thanks, Haley). The burgers were thin but flavorful and well dressed. The fries were fresh and warm. My chocolate shake with whipped cream and a cherry had caramel added and was thick as it should be. DELICIOUS AND DECICANT!!! YUM !!! ?
I'm so glad I stopped by to eat here! I was really impressed. This is one of my new favorite spots to eat! Excellent food for a great price!! Loved it!!!
No one in line when I ordered. Simple number 2 no pickle no mustard. Vanilla shake an brownie blast.Took probably 10 min no less then 5 for me to get the order after i paid. There was 3-5 vehicles in line waiting behind me. Idk what happened but drove literally 3 min to the hotel across street an the fries are warm at best an so is the burger. I have. Been to fredys all over the country an this was the worst.
Great experience for the whole family, and the staff are pretty consistent with the food and hospitality services.
Burgers were hot, and awesome. Fries were thing, crispy, fresh, and hot. And, I love the PBC&B Concrete. I keep meaning to try the dogs, but I keep getting distracted by the Concrete. The service has been so friendly and on-point both times we've been to this location. The employees seemed happier than many fast food outlets recently (understandably) and that was very refreshing.
