My youngest daughter and I visited this restaurant for a late breakfast. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of service, the smiles, and most importantly, the meal. It was so good my daughter remembered the name of the restaurant! We enjoyed the “Eat your veggies” omelette and an order of scratch buttermilk pancakes. The omelette came with a side of delicious BBQ potatoes and I chose the biscuit. We also sat upstairs which is open to the air and fantastic on a cool morning.

Was looking for a Southern brunch place and stumbled across Four Friends Kitchen. I like that they have a roof top and the interior is bright and homey. We got the Brisket Hash and the Chicken Grits (Four Friends Grits), both were really delicious. Loved the grits and the corn bread that came with the Brisket Hash was perfect. Overall, really great experience, give this place a try if you love brunch or Southern food!

Great brunch spot! Great menu and yummy food. Fried green tomatoes are so good. They also have a plant based menu for vegan options.Nice rooftop option for outdoor seating with umbrellas and nice spacious indoor seating.????

Came here for brunch. The whole building is laid out well. There's an open floor plan, a small outdoor bar with four seats, interesting decorations, and a rooftop patio. The staff was great and the whole place had a wonderful personality. We got the beignets, shrimp and grits, and the cornbread chicken salad. Food was amazing from start to finish. There were quite a few small kids as well and the staff handled the chaos very well. Overall a spectacular experience and one of the highlights of our trip.

We went to this place shortly after our move 4 years ago. The style of the dishes is Southern cuisine, such as grits, chicken and waffles, benedicts. They also have some great cocktails, like the pork belly bloody mary. The dining room is very open. I don't recall any booths. As the name states, it was started by 4 friends. If you don't get there close to opening, the wait for a table can be over an hour. So that means you really have to plan in advance, which is a downside. Service sometimes is a miss. The second time we went was during the slow reopening of businesses. Most of the food was served to you out of the take-out window in containers. The downside to that is there are few places nearby to sit and eat your meal. That experience was not pleasant. We do plan to go back soon to see how it is now. Plenty of parking in the back and the surrounding stores are cute to browse through. And if you like Starbucks, there is a shop within the stores.

One of the best brunch spots in East Denver/Central Park! I’ve walked in a few times with no wait. Cute low key diner breakfast spot vibes inside! Their breakfast selection is great!I got the sweet and savory breakfast bowl. It felt light and healthy, it was really good! It could’ve used a little more seasoning but I added salt, pepper, and hot sauce. My friend got the crab cake & fried green tomato Benedict, it was delicious! The crab cakes were great! There was no bread, the base was the fried tomato. She got it with the hollandaise on the side and hardly used any because it was so flavorful! I would get the crab Benedict instead next time I go! They also have bomb breakfast potatoes - perfectly crispy!I haven’t tried the drinks but they look great! They have the classic breakfast drinks and some fun twists, like a beermosa. There is usually street parking nearby that I use. It’s a great casual place to go when you don’t want to drive all the way into the city!

We were here on vacation and grabbed breakfast. It was delicious.......I had the four friends grits I believe a d my hubby had the 24 something but they were good. Service was great, location awesome, the restaurant beautifully decorated and food amazing. Loved it and next time we are in Denver, we'll be eating here again.

Hollie B was our waitress and we enjoyed our conversation with her. The food was excellent. Eggs are cooked to your specifications and the BBQ flavored potatoes were yummy.

I would recommend the pancakes, which had just the right texture and flavor. The french toast was good, although not as good as the pancakes. The corn bread was not good, it was dry and crumbly. However, the “mushroom sweet potato hash and eggs” was excellent, even better if you order the eggs with cheese. I wouldn’t recommend the beignets as they were quite dense, not light and fluffy like how they should be. The ambiance was nice and bright, staff was nice, clean bathrooms, nice decorations.

Great food, service with a smile…minus a star for those who expect some tasty pork belly with their Benedict…it really was a tiny amount of meat. I didn’t think there was any on my plate at first, so dug it out and put it to one side. We actually never had a server come see us while we ate so I didn’t have the chance to say anything.
