Last two visits, bagel was stale and amount of cream cheese was minimal. I didn’t find out until I was already on my plane, and there was nothing I could do about it. This location is nothing like the other Einstein’s quality.

While waiting for my order a RAT runs out of the kitchen and right in front of my feet! After informing the cashier of my wanting of a refund she was very rude and did not care at all. I STRONGLY SUGGEST that you do not eat here. From the looks of the reviews food poisoning is in your near future if you do.
Messed up 3 orders in 5 mins. Gal's long hair flyiny all around. It's always hit and miss with this place. How hard is it to get the correct bagel you ordered.
Ok bagels, weak coffee
Ordered sandwiches for my wife and myself and when I got all the way to the payment station and presented my Einstein Bros. Bagels gift card, they refused to honor it. The only sign regarding their refusal to accept their branded gift cards is AFTER the payment station. The cashier wanted to joke about it. I was not amused and I walked out. You should too.
Got both of mine and my fiancées order wrong. Bagel was lukewarm sausage wasn’t all the way cooked and they left the cheese on mine when I asked for no cheese. Fiancées bagel was supposed to have tomato spread and instead had 10 slices of tomatoes.
Got food poisoning after eating nova lox. I knew there was a risk eating minimally processed fish but still not a fun night spewing from both ends. Save yourself and get something without smoked salmon.
Good food, medium price, got my food quickly and it was hot.
Ordered toasted bagel...toasted and not soft.. also person taking orders lied about butter. They don’t have butter on the menu, only butter blend, whatever that is. Skip the place.
