Employee was friendly, but my order was super messed up. I asked for the garden avocado, me being vegetarian and I got something with one egg cheese and bacon. Disgusting. I was too far away to go back. Also the waiting line was ridiculous. Not sure if I will ever return.
Once again I ordered through the mobile app and did not receive my hashbrown side. I picked up via drive thru and I should have checked the bag given past experiences here but that's my fault. I have gone to einstein's less because there isnt a convenient location by my house. I maybe go twice a month and plan to go less since getting a side item that I already paid for is a coin toss. (Feels like a rigged coin). Thanks anyways Einsteins. Your everything bagels are delicious.
Everytime I have walked into Einstein Bagel for my early morning coffee and bagel, ive been humbled by the infectious smiles from the employees.Ive also been impressed by Summer (manager) who is a very special person. Its very obvious that many of her customers treat her more like a family member than just another employee.When she was unaware, ive noticed how she makes it a point to personally to greet each customer as if they are the the most important person on the planet!It's been said, that attitude reflects leadership! I am a big Einstein’s fan. I have been for almost 15 years now. However, this is the worst location. Today was final straw. Today I pulled up into the drive thru. It took them 5 minutes just to take my order then after another 5 I had to drive away due to me having to leave to be somewhere.On top of it, this location doesn’t have decaf espresso which is honestly the first coffee place I’ve heard of not having. Their lattes are honestly sub par. Don’t order an iced coffee beverage because it turns out hot with a few melted ice cubes in it.
Tasty turkey literally had one piece of Turkey. I love Einstein's..will not return here. Why is the dining room closed????? 84 degrees out side May 7th.. Employees eating at a table inside. Bummed I came here.
When I moved to this neighborhood I thought I would be here every weekend. I love Einstein Bagels. This location is literally the worst. I have never spent less than 35 minutes in the drive through. Going in the best you can expect is 20 minutes minimum. They have no dining room so you just have to stand there and wait. My 5 year old noticed that they might be faster if they spent less time socializing. Yes, they are so neglectful of their jobs, even when customer facing that my 5 year old picked up on it. On top of that, the food quality isn’t good either. They can’t be bothered to even cover more than half the bagel with cream cheese? I have given this place at least 15 tries over the last year and I regret it 100% of the time.
This was my first time here. This is not a coffee place, so they do not "make" your coffee for you. The just pour it in a cup and offer packets of stuff and a very sad carafe of something that God knows how many people have touched.So post covid, you have to mix your own coffee, then wash your hands our drench them in sanitizer before you can enjoy your coffee and bread in your car.As far as the food, I guess what I oedered is what I got... But definitely not as advertised. Very sad presentation and missing most of the items that it tasty. I never instructed to exclude the extras.
They always mess up my order. I literally ask for a ham and Swiss breakfast sandwich with no egg. They repeated the order back to me correctly. They gave me a bagel with Swiss and egg and NO ham. Terrible. This is the third time they’ve messed up my order.
Went to this location for the first time this morning and had a great experience! There were only two people working (the labor shortage is real). I was super impressed how well the two of them were working under pressure as they handled in store and drive thru orders. I’m not sure how much they get paid but they deserve more!This is honestly the best EB Sammy and coffee I’ve ever had! Will absolutely be back.
Hello,I went to Einstein bagels ordered me an avocado toast and when I received it they gave it to me very clunky they didn’t spread the avocado at all they barely had any seasoning just a light sprinkle. When I asked politely if they would spread it out and then also add a little bit more seasoning just a teeny they gave it to me overly seasoned as if they were trying to be funny it made me feel uncomfortable and I never went back I have went two three within my local area and all of them have very poor service it doesn’t matter which one you go to they act the same ..
