The folks working the early (EARLY) am shift crushed it. 10-15 poeple deep and each order still took about 60 seconds. Still made my flight with a nice breakfast.
Due to covid, I was thoroughly reprimanded for trying to use my own coffee mug. When I told them I had my own cup and didn't need a paper cup tothrow away you would have thought I had suggested Einstein bros. themselves didn't know how to make bagels.This is a self serve coffee station, they actually came around the counter to literally force me to throw away a paper cup.Due to covid Einstein bagels has suspended common sense and caring about any effort to reduce waste, actively creating more trash for landfills than necessary.And girl with the gages, I hope you have a better day as well. ?
AMAZING!! I love the bagels I ordered they were so good and perfect. I waited in a long line and they got my order perfectly. It was so flavorful and had everything I wanted on it. The food was great and the customer service was even better!! So good I highly recommend this Einstein Bagels in the Denver airport!! I only fly to Denver just to eat here!!
I waited in a long line, ordered the food I wanted and got shorted on half my order. Of course it's in an airport, so I didn't have time to wait in line again. I hope you enjoy the $15 you scammed me out of
Conveniently located at the center of the C concourse as you come up the escalator from the train. You typical collection of Einstein goodies. Moved through a long line pretty quickly, but plan for 10-15 minutes if there's a line.
0 star if it was possible. I ordered the big and bold burrito with NO cheese. I received a burrito with melted cheese. When I asked for a refund because I couldn't wait any longer I was told it was hashbrowns. I opened the burrito took a chunk of cheese out and stretched it. Showing its melted cheese. They insisted that was still hashbrown. Hashnrown is potatoes.. a starchy food. It will not stretch like cheese. And imitate cheese colors. They were very rude. I've worked with food long enough to know the difference in texture AND taste.
Got orders out quickly, friendly staff, and the food is everything you would expect. I just wish the prices for the bagels were more clearly marked
Don’t bother, even if the only other place open is McDonald’s. My bagel and cream cheese took 15 min to make and when I got it, it was under cooked with almost no cream cheese along with being completely flat and not toasted.
Great place and I highly recommend the stop. They are so organized for as busy as they were, and everything was delicious. Great prices and very friendly people. I LOVED the coffee...best coffee I'd had my entire vacation! I was absitively impressed! (And I own a coffee shop) To make my experience even better....I dropped my delicious coffee as I was sitting down I was so bummed. Went back for another and they replaced it! I was so excited! BEST PLACE EVER! If I could give them a 10 I would!
