I came here the other day , and had to wait 30+ minutes for a bagel and coffee but I decided to give them another chance and come again this time ordering ahead of time. Well this was the result. Hair on my bagel , and barely any toppings with a ton of cream cheese. I am so disappointed with this location. I often eat at Einstein but this particular location is ruining it all.

Had a breakfast bagel here on 4/10/22 and it was OK, but customer service from Morgan was pathetic. The interaction was nothing but attitude, slow service and apathy from her. Customer Service Refresh Training needs to happen ASAP!

✅ Nice location? eggs and cheese on Asiago(4/5)? Plain cheese on French toast (4/5)☕️ black coffee (2/5) Seating area is closed due to covid? fair

Nothing. Half of the bagels and shmears were out of stock. We got three different sandwiches that all were mediocre at best. They took bagel dogs off their menu. They don’t have the Einstein’s chips only the chips you buy to send with your kindergartner to school in the pack with more air than chips. Even the lemonade was watered down and gross.

Wait time from the start of the twenty person line to the register to actually getting your order is 45 minutes. For one single bagel.Ruins my day everytime I come in and it’s like this.

This is my go to for when we want bagels. We do normally have to wait a good while just to get bagels with spread and toasted. But today, we went in to get our bagels, french toast one with plain and one with honey almond; After confirming at least three times with the girl who took out order. When we returned home, they both had honey almond. I have a tree but allergy and sadly can not have almonds. Trust Me, I wish I could but I can't, therefore must be careful about certain food items. We went back to have this fixed and the girl who approached us after telling her the ordeal, basically sighed and walked off as if my allergy was a huge inconvenience to her. She walked up to I'm assuming the manager or head employee on duty. She did give me a new bagel with free bagel card. But please remember, people do have food allergies and try their best to make sure they aren't impacted. If I must in the future say. "I have a tree nut allergy" to make sure this mistake doesn't happen again.. I will but don't treat the customer as if they were in the wrong and inconvenienced you by this. Since covid, customer service everywhere has gone done hill. This needs to change! As someone who has worked customer service for 15+ yrs, this was disrespectful and rude for how this employee made me feel.

After ordering food and eating, I decided to go back in for a tub of cream cheese. I got in line, or what I thought was the line. Then, after two other people got in the other side of the line, the woman at the counter finally asked me if I needed help. I said I just wanted to buy the cream cheese and she told me to go to the back of the line, after three people who came in after me. The incredible lack of common sense or common decency is mind-blowing

Always the best choice for a breakfast on the go. Never disappointed!

Y’all need to learn how to put some cream cheese on. Barely any on my bagel and that’s the best part :(
