I started going to the other Einstein's on CO and Yale. They have the dairy out in canisters like all the other Einstein's. This one on Evans is still using the tiny shelf-stable creamers in plastic using CoVid as an excuse. This location is more convenient but I just prefer real half n half.
For reasons best known to the people who run Einstein's they still do not have a functioning dining room. They also don't have a lot of the things you are used to from Einsteins such as plain cream cheese and cream for coffee. I'm giving them three stars because I just feel bad giving them one star. I feel like this formerly great bagel place has been hobbled.

Feb 2022 update: this location is very low on supplies. Today I noticed that everything looks tattered--unkept--walls, surfaces, there was a dirty floor hand broom on top of the bagle case, ewww. I am surprised that they're still not letting inside or outside seating.This has turned out to be a welcoming neighborhood place to stop for coffee, bagels and pasteries. If you want something special (like extra cream cheese)--not only do you have to ask for it every time, but check and/or watch your special request being processed--I find that even tho I'm very much a regular there, that in addition to the high turnover this location has experienced in staff--for some reason, special requests are quickly dismissed/forgotten.
Ordered two bagels with regular cream cheese just to find avocados smeared within. My boyfriend is extremely allergic to avocados and when I called to inform them and ask if they clean their knives they did not seem sincere and all I got was a "well it probably fell in there". And in the other one there is a piece of bacon... on a cinnamon sugar bagel that is not pleasing.
Placed an order online for the bagel box to be delivered. Came without the 2 tubs of cream cheese. When I called to inquire, she says they were out of plain cream cheese tubs. So why didn't they just do another kind?? Would rather of had that then nothing! Couldn't pick up myself as I ordered these for myself and coworkers, we work at the hospital and can't just leave the unit.Einstein has gone so far downhill. Not the quality they use to be.

I got the grab & go box, it cam with 2 tubs of Smear, was great. Everyone working hard and they fixed me up. Of course the bagels were good. I recommend this place.
Terrible service! There seems a new server was taking the orders, and he didn’t ask me about the bread type. After I realized that just told the other server about it. Then the lady who was making the food just threw the bread away! Totally ruined my breakfast mood. Horrible service ever never go back
