I came in to a very disorganized location with workers who were in a very bad mood and who ignored me when I tried to ask questions. Being autistic is hard enough in this world navigating places in this post apocalyptic environment but to have rude staff who treated me like a major inconvenience who then served the nastiest food I've ever eaten at any of these locations. I'll never visit another Einsteins again. If you don't like your job quit. But don't treat people like trash. The bagels were burned. The hashbrown bite was raw and burnt on the outside. The coffee was old and stale. I'll pay $12 to never have that experience again.
Great service, inside is still closed for dining in but take out is excellent.
Frequent customer, always gets the online orders correct. Also, folks there are very personable. Especially Megan goes above and beyond to remember frequent customer's names, and treats them with respect.Thanks Einstein's Team!
3 stars because they delivered my catering order on time but they forgot the 8 cream cheese shmears that my catering order came with. We had 50 bagels and no cream cheese. Then I had to drive there to pick up the cream cheese that I already paid for, to see it sitting on the counter labeled for my delivery. Terrible experience
They ignored us at the counter for 5+ minutes while they took care of their drive through and then were out of everything we wanted to eat. **Edit** then we got to the hotel with the food and both orders were missing cream cheese and avocado and tasted horrible and dry, so by far the worst Einsteins experience I've ever had...
True story: upon exiting the drive thru on Christmas Eve, I was cut off by a flock of crows. I slammed on my brakes to avoid murdering the birds, spilling my coffee all over the car. Then while inside refilling my coffee, my dog decided to help himself to my sandwich. The nice crew working at Einstein Bros. on a holiday replaced my sandwich and coffee. Very nice of them. I come here a lot. Thank you!
Hair on the food!!! Definitely is a zero star
As so many places these days, they were struggling with staffing, so things were slow to get ordered and rushed in preparation. But everyone was friendly and they are still my favorite bagels. Perfect for a Saturday morning breakfast before errands.
Was totally impressed by the food. Had the brisket and it was fantastic. 5 people in the car and everyone was super happy with their food and the service.
Really great bagels. Only problem I had was I wanted 2 doggie bagels and they ended up not making it into my bag.
