They gave me hard, plain bagels instead of asiago. When someone asks for not sauce on a sandwich you can't put it on and try scraping it all off. The sandwich still tasted like the sauce we didn't want. My sauce on the side poped open in the bag. I ordered a chocolate chip bagel that did not come in a paper sleeve so it got coated in roasted tomato spread.Not going here again. Like, ever.
Far to busy and always missing menu items. Also evertime I order an egg it ALWAYS has egg shells in it at this one location! Slight pet peeves of mine. But the employees are always SUPER nice and willing to make due as best they can.
Not on their own app for ordering. Used door dash; seems like they didn't start my order until I arrived (at door dash's ETA). It was completely empty when I arrived and even then I had to ask for the drink that I ordered. This place is not convenient. I'd rather drive many more blocks to the Colorado location
I've lived near here for the past 7 years or so. I tried this location multiple times in year 1 and have only visited once or twice a year since. It has never improved!On any given day, the time really doesn't matter, the store will be out of the bagels you want and the staff will have no idea what to do. You will wait at least 20 minutes to get a single bagel toasted. I tried an online order thinking that would be safe but it's not, when I arrived they were out of what I ordered and I had to get a refund and leave.There is good news for you, the intrepid breakfast searcher, you can just go to Starbucks next door and they all seem to know what they're doing there. Enjoy!
If dining in is closed, then put that on the door, not past the cash register. Guess the only reason I made a purchase...come on, guess!
One of the worst Einstein Bros Bagels I've ever been to. Asking for double toast equals barely toasted at all. Way too much cream cheese. Their hash browns were cold and unedible. Find another Einsteins elsewhere. Any where but here.
Highly dissatisfied customer. The service is beyond slow and the orders are wrong half of the time. I am seriously considering calling the local health department to report the extreme dust through the vents and lack of location cleanliness. Either close this location or make improvements. There are multiple bad reviews about this location and clearly nothing is changing.**** 1/4/2022 Update - The location did do a deep clean and the place looks a lot better. It also looks like management hired new staff who are up to speed. Thank you Einstein's for valuing my feedback.
They messed up my bagel sandwich twice. Ordered a farmhouse with two egg whites sub cinnamon sugar. It had only one regular egg. Brought it back to get it remade. Now this one had the wrong bagel on it. I get messing up one time but twice ??
The wait was long, I had to ask for my food, by the time I got it, it was cold. I didn’t want to wait in that line again so I chunked it up to experience, I won’t be going back anytime soon though.
Seems like I have to choose between good service and good food at this location. I can never seem to get both :(
