Today was my first time ordering from Einstein Bros, I was not aware that when you order a half dozen ahead, that you do a self serve for your cream cheese, so I grabbed my bag and went to work. Upon realizing, I called the store where Lisa tells me the process (which totally makes sense, I was just unaware) and I ask if I can stop by after work to pick up my spread but sadly they would be closed by then. I was informed I could go to another store & grab it and was asked where I was at, and when I told Lisa he said he lives right here by my work and this AMAZING PERSON BROUGHT ME MY SPREAD TO MY WORK when he was off work & heading home. I have never had customer service like that and I will forever be a loyal EBB store#0913 customer now!
We left to go to Einstein’s. This is got to be one of the filthiest restaurants we have seen. Service was fine there wasn’t a table to be heading there because they said they took the tables away and it’s just a drive-through totally ridiculous. The bagels were good the place was disgusting
Ok this will definitely be the last time at this location I ordered the bacon and cheddar and everything was cold not to mention the dude wants to give me attitude keep the food and keep the money as a donation to upgrade the service
Manager yelling at workers as well as patrons. Had the other employees stressed and talking over / being rude to customers as well. Seems like the man in front of me had been waiting 30 minutes for whole bagels that did not even need to be prepared. A few negative experiences has led to the sharing of this particular instance.
I always have bad experiences at this store. They always seem to close early and I’ve even come 45mins before close and they told me everything was broken down and I could only get bagels and cream cheese. I only go here if I’m in the area and I’ve probably only had one good experience. They need to do better!!
2022 January.amazing customer service and amazing staff. my son and I visit this store a lot and I'm really happy how they remember my sons order every time. it makes his day all the time. we appreciate the staff. kudos to the gentleman who always memorize his order! we appreciate you!
Terrible manager screams at customers on a Saturday morning. People don’t listen to orders and get everything wrong. Made my hot latte iced. Avoid. There are better places to spend your time and money.
EDIT: your response to your employees screaming at patrons is non existent. We were in Einstein today, (we did not have masks on) and there was a lady who also didn’t. You could tell she was shaken up. The staff didn’t ask what was wrong but I did. The first thing that came out of the staffs mouth was MASK ON NOW, literal screaming from behind the counter.Come to find out, she had just lost her home in the fires. Again, this lady just started screaming at us to wear masks.Show some compassion. We’re here supporting your independent business and you’re being rude to customers. Where is kindness and understanding?Anyway, we paid for her bagels and I left because I didn’t have a mask and one was not provided for me.Just some advice: train your employees not to scream at potential customers that are going to pay you.. is it worth it? You have 3 customers that won’t be back due to this incidentLet’s do better
Occasionally purchase bagels at this Einstein and periodically use their parking lot. To visit local businesses after hours. Last night I parked in their parking lot which was full and when I returned my vehicle was towed. At first I thought it was stolen but then I noticed a sign on the wall and gave the number a call to find out it was towed. It cost me $350 the parking is clearly not identified as private parking and that if you're there after hours when nobody is using the parking lot that you will be towed. It's very unfortunate I will take my business elsewhere and never Park in your parking lot again
Today on Sun Jan 9th, Jennifer was EXTREMELY rude to both myself & my two guests who were in looking to get some breakfast before beginning our day.First, there was CLEARLY tension between all employees as if they were fighting verbally & the confirmation I had to this theory was heated verbal arguments between the cashier (who was the most helpful during this entire experience & the only person who prevented me from snapping back verbally). When I ordered a 2 egg sandwich, Jennifer began to yell at the poor cashier that “we are not doing two egg orders!” After the cashier explained to her we were the only guests in the lobby, she was silent for 30 seconds before reiterating to me personally that they are not doing 2 egg sandwiches.. without making eye contact of any sort & not even stopping what she was doing. Then to cap off the rude behavior she yelled at my wife that she can’t eat in the lobby when She was simply checking to make sure our order was correct. This is BY FAR the worst experience I’ve had at Einstein & Jennifer clearly does not understand customer service. She’s also the reason I’ll never be back to this location & that’s kinda sad because I’m sure based on her demeanor she really won’t care. This is a bad face for Einstein.
