I went to get some food at 1:00 pm. The girl working said they were closed when the door was open.. It says they close at 2 online.
Been here several times and each time has been poor service. Came to pick up an order, waited 15 minutes as other customers ordered and left with their food. Then when it dies down the employees stand around goofing off or on their phones. Highly don't recommend, staff is not friendly, and you can expect long wait times on orders guaranteed.
I LOVE EINSTEIN BROS but this location lets me down! I order here at least once a week and if I order toasted it never is, if I get it double toasted it’s burnt. There is no happy medium. There always seems to be some kind of staffing drama! The bangle are good as long as u don’t want them toasted!
They were very nice and quick. The server gave a free sandwich which was very nice. Sad they only had plain cream cheese but the bagels were fresh and good.
Very rude hostess, waited for them to take my order, once they finally did she was very rude. Nasty attitude!!!!
Might want to update the store hours. Tried to order at 1:20 and store was locked with nobody inside.
Friendly service, but quality and availability of menu items have gone downhill the past few weeks. Due to them not having tubs of shmear for sale, they now have to scoop it into a container for you. No big deal, right? Except it's smaller than the tub, but you're being charged the same price. Bagels don't stay stocked like they used to, therefore variety/availability is minimal. It's also becoming pretty consistent for the bagels that are being offered to be a bit dark/over baked. I'm a regular customer and have been pretty disappointed the past few weeks and hope that this location gets back on track soon or I will be forced to take my business elsewhere.

Ordered on the app for 5 people grabbed it curbside the order was exucted perfectly and it was so convenient
I've been here twice now and have had good service. Unlike Rosenbergs this staff can get a bagel and cream cheese for you in about 5 mins and not 45 mins. Will be back.
